It’s happening I'm a bit surprised you went for it. Was it mostly for the extra 5% health vs the other skinned one you were previously using?

It’s happening I'm a bit surprised you went for it. Was it mostly for the extra 5% health vs the other skinned one you were previously using? A) I think it looks awesome and B) ‘you’ have to remember that it’s more than just 5% over using a skin. It’s 10% additional HP and that’s the starting point where all boosts start and C) yes, mostly because Hades🤩

B) ‘you’ have to remember that it’s more than just 5% over using a skin. It’s 10% additional HP and that’s the starting point where all boosts start Alright, I need a math lesson.
Base model + skin = +5% health
Composite = +10% health
10% (via composite) minus 5% (via skin) = 5% difference between the two
What am I missing here?

Maybe he mean that the 5% of skin is added as an extra hp but still the other bonus hps ( like Heavy Armor Kit) are calculated on its actual base hp ( excluding the skin bonus ). On special edition, the base hp includes the 10% extra bonus, so the Heavy Armor Kit % will also be high. Just an assumption.

If that's correct, it's news to me. I'm certainly willing to be educated on the finer points of bonuses if I'm incorrect.

Just done the math and every calculation is done from the actual base hp like I assumed. skin is considered as an extra bonus, just like Heavy Armor Kit, boosters and pilot skill.

The only knock I have on the new freeze lasers, they super suck vs bots with armor. One work around is adding the extra freeze chips to increase the accumulation effect which increase the damage. Other than the Shark Orichi, this is the coolest looking bot out right now.
