Picture the scene: - The game is balanced, the reds even seem to be slowly losing ground
- The titan countdowns finish.
- One of the blue spawns with Titan and alone charges into the frey. Dies in 30 seconds.
- Then the second one...
- Third ...
- Fourth ...
- Finally it's just two of you left. The two that had the smarts required to cooperate.
- Now you're facing 5 to 6 titans all coming for you at the same time.
- The weakest one is missing one third HP...
I just don't get it what drives people to do this stupid 「dookie」. I would expect that everyone who has played this game for at least a bit knows some basic equations like: - 1 titan will nearly always lose to 2 titans
- 1 titan will definitely lose to red titan supported by nodens
- 1 titan will be skinned alive by 4 - 6 regular bots.
Unless match making really screwed you over. You can expect these results always. So why on Earth would anyone decide to charge the crowd alone? I see this all the time and it pissed me off.

It's even people who were doing just fine with regular bots.
With two of them I even had really nice time hunting down reds with trio - Ares, Tyr, Leech - we would rotate who's in front and tanking the damage while other two regenerate abilities.
And then they betray it all by doing this stupid titan charge. Alone...

That’s how random players work. Some players are aggressive who keep on chasing the next beacon while the few are content with three and start to defend and win.
I used to feel the same way as you do, wondering why a couple of blues keep pushing aggressive to get bot out quick. Later I adjusted myself to watch what other blues doing and quickly switch gears if they are super aggressive. On top of that, many people who play master 3 and lower are unpredictable.... you will find crazy times where people don’t even cap a home beacon. Sometimes, all Arthurs would take cover and expect a nodens to push and cap that third beacon for win 😅🤣. Or all your five blues standing on home with long range weapons leaving you alone to suffer and bot out early 🤐
I had read in this forum somewhere, it is always wise to play by the strategy of the majority blues and support it even if it’s a much worse strategy than our best strategy. Many times it work, sometimes it fail.

It's just so frustrating. Many times it feels like there is no majority strategy. Rather that everyone is waiting for their moment to honorably suicide. Alone if possible.
I lost 10 matches in row yesterday thanks to this. Usually it's the worst type of result - you lose, but end up first on the team - so you keep rising in the league into harder territory while getting no benefit.

As someone who exclusively plays the most aggressive way possible... I'm with Dragon on this.
My playstyle has a purpose and it works. What really grinds my gears is when the red beacon bar is 2 pixels away from the battle being over, and 3-5 blues LOSE EVERY BEACON AND NEVER ARE ABLE TO RECAP ONE BEACON FOR 10 SECONDS.
Of course, I am dead. So I must watch this absolute war crime. Why am I dead you ask? Because I'm the only one actually doing my job. So I suppose I am for AND against this argument...
And then you see it... 5 enemy titans converging on easy kills, or worse, all midway between beacons.
Am I off topic? Maybe. But Titan on Titan battles are mind ãfluffernutterãing numbing. Especially anything Arthur.
Random add on thought... Many factors could be why you're seeing bull「dookie」 Titan play. The honor points for deployment for one, I now always deploy my Titan as soon as its charged out of fear I won't be able to do so at a later time, especially if I've spent most my time in one bot and haven't accrued damage.
I want to hate damage chasers but they're only doing what they have to for "honor" Pix did this.

Titan go slow so brain go slow too.
I’ve seen whales drop a max Nodens into center on Shenzhen or Carrier and die in seconds. It’s amazing strategy

I don’t believe using a Titan does anything to IQ......properly driving one, though, well just watch folks next time you go out for a nice drive. Unbelievable!
I would point out things have changed in Titanville, and sometimes it takes awhile for folks to catch on. Myself, I now know I can no longer drop Arther and bull my way to red spawn. There are too many strong builds and Titan counters for that, especially shotguns.....man, those Titan shotguns reck my Arthur!
I get your point, but do not equate IQ with common sense.......

Sometimes my Arthur feels invincible gust killing everything in its path.
But then MM goes time to lose 「total babe」, I drop Arthur and get annihilated as I felt invincible and I played it like a Meth Fuelled Hard On enraged 「wee-wee」head on the 3rd day of a long weekend bender.
