Greetings, Pilots! The "Do Over" series will focus on growing your hanger towards level 12, from match 1, investing as little as possible. Along the way, I'll get to enjoy the crazy world of early gameplay all over again, where you never know what monstrosity is waiting around the corner!
Join me and my Crazy Cossack "Stenka" for a Nostalgic journey revisiting early levels, with the added twist of the new league system! 5-10 Minute episodes will be released as the account progresses and I will discuss the reasoning behind my hanger choices and combat strategy.
The saga continues in episodes 2 -5 documenting the strategy I am using to develop a hanger up to level 26, focusing on trying to restrict major resource investments to permanent assets. War Robots - Hanger Leveling Guide - The Do Over - EP 1 - Smart Choices *The edit is a little rough on this one, it took me a while to work out the concept*

Let me know what you guys think. The account is already at 20 and producing workshop points. Turns out rapid progression through the new League system can be tough! Each episode will focus on different "Stages" of progression and I will adjust my approach along the way. Things are a lot different since my last time through plus all the shenanigans you all probably remember from your early levels

I just started a new account that very quickly reached level 20 and is probably going to reach iOS silver within another few days. I am currently running the following hangar on that account:
Cossack (lvl 2) - Tulumbas (lvl 5) Boa (lvl 3) - Thunder (lvl 5), Orkan (lvl 5) Patton (lvl 4) - 4x Pinata (lvl 5)
I beacon cap with the cossack at the beginning, eject after taking ~3 beacons, then switch to the Boa to get huge amounts of damage. I get top beacon caps and damage very consistently so I win 10 (but sometimes 8 if the battle ends quickly) gold every match.
Fourth slot is unnecessary until you have enough good bots to fill that space; an orkan was a much better investment for these early levels because now I get easy gold and am close to getting the fourth slot now.
Maybe try a setup like this cause it is working out so well for me?

Maybe try a setup like this cause it is working out so well for me? While investing in temporary robots like the Boa & Patton is a sound idea (I have a separate account I plan to use to demonstrate the temporary superiority of medium robots before reaching higher levels and I definitely recommend what your suggesting for first time pilots) The aim of this series is to avoid wasting silver as much as possible on assets that you will not use at level 12, relying primarily on pilot skill & experience. While the considerations discussed may be helpful to new pilots weighing their options, it's mainly targeted towards players who have spent countless resources exploring every aspect of the game and may want a "Do Over" to take a more direct route & enjoy a nostalgic look back at lower level play. Also, I play on Android, iOS silver is the same as bronze for me and while I have not yet put the videos together, the account is already on the verge of Android Silver I & I got to my 4th slot with no trouble using 2 Cossacks & a Shutze I also have added 2 Bots to the hanger that I will be keeping all the way to Level 12...but no spoilers

I've started a new account about 3 weeks ago I've started with 3 cossack as soon as i can Next step was a full pinata patton and 2 cossack. 4th slot in a couple of days. The hangar became cossack, schutze, pinata patton, punishers patton In another day i get 2 orkans lvl around 22 and some wsp Now afther 3 weeks The hangar is orkan/thunder boax2 , thunder schutze, thunder/pinata leo,i also have a trident pin leo, a punisher taran griff, a molot griff and a couple of leos and griffins to avoid being bored. It is lvl 30 now and kicks 「multiple dookie delivery chute」 in silver 3 almost twice faster the growing rate than my first account! XD

Good video, quite informative and useful. I personally enjoy the commentary as most people will upload videos with music and it's ordinary and boring. One tip would be to rename the video to include "tutorial" in the hangar somewhere.

I Agree that "Tutorial" is probably the better buzz word but "Guide" is shorter and fit on the thumbnail better I do feel it's more of a "Guide" Than a "Tutorial" as it will be episodic.

As usual another great video. Honestly after watching the entire series I might have a crack at it myself because it looks like a lot more fun than trying to slug my way out of where I'm at now. New account Fresh Start and going into it knowing what you know now should be a blast. This is one series I'm interested in watching so good job keep up the good work.

*Waiting for the iOS companion series Only way that's gonna happen is if you send me an ipad for Easter P.S. Still want to know if you want a L7/6/6/6 Tulu Fujin in Silver League or 12/12 on the Test Server?

Thank you Sir, this is exactly what I am looking for as I too have started over! Edit: I like how you cap the beacon, let them capture and recap. That is a great idea for new players coming in.

Thank you, good luck on your "Do Over"! Beacon Shenanigans should be avoided by new players until they have the experience to accurately assess whether or not they will be able to take it right back again. Once you know the health pool & damage rates your working with though have at it!

Feedback please, I'm cutting the second episode & there is so much worthwhile stuff between L5-L10. Is 10 minutes too long if it is broken up between hanger chat and match analysis with some interludes of music & mayhem mixed in?

If the guide is enlightening enough, 10 minutes is too short Some of it is informative, it's also turning out to be a sort of day in the life of a new pilot sort of thing... the wins.. the losses..unstable matches with crazy beacon turnover & t surprise Dual Treb Rajin's when your still level 8 It's definitely a whole different World of War Robots coming up with the new league system in place, compared to the old hanger based tier system.

I do not 10 minutes is to long, recruit and private league (but bronze to) are full of crazy things, frankenstain bots, ppl who just walk straight across beacons to be slaughtered, ppl camping with thunders, rhinos and carnages awfully piloted believing they are immortal etc etc. So u have a lot of funny thing to show!

Firstly, as i commented on utube: enjoy low lvl dmg and BE BOLD - is the best advice anyone could get or give!
Secondly, 10 minutes are alright. I'd watch more but understand that it should be more series rather than one full-feature movie. And i wish u could do them more often))
Thirdly, do not go away with comments as they are insightful and fun to some extent
Finally. Short advice you give as notifivations during the vid can be doubled in the description - will boost SEO for yo vids and will b useful anyway
Thank you for your work
