Having been there myself, if you like the Shadow, I would prioritize that. When I got my Shadow rank to R5, it got 12EN and I was finally able to put Jav6 on it. It's my fave mech at the moment and I have fun and do well with it in both Tournament and CPC modes. Even at R4 with Jav4/6, it's still a good build.
The PC6, you'll likely end up abandoning once you get your tanks leveled up and you will switch to PC8. The PC8 is worth ranking up but in the long run, you may abandon it for CB8, but if you're a F2P or low spend P2P, that won't be for a very long time.

I agree with KB. If you enjoy your Shadow I would rank that up.
I run my Shadow with Jav6s and it’s fun and effective. I placed 2nd in my tourney yesterday primarily running it. On tourney maps where Javs aren’t effective I run Plasma Cannons as a second drop and it’s still fun. Planning on acquiring Missile Rack 6s to replace the plasmas someday.

Yep, Shadow with SG4 is a ton of fun to run. High risk, high reward, high fun. Gets harder to use in latter day tournaments though, and in CPC games. But, I just switch back to Javs for those times.

I do think you made the right choice. Shadow is a fun build that I will eventually R5, without hesitation. Especially for CPC, but while you are still climbing the power ladder, Shadows are a PITA to deal with for the Reds, if played well.
I wouldn't put many (if any) more points in PC 6 and would instead focus on the 8s.
Side note... I am actually really liking the PC8 at R5... more than the Carb 8s, to be honest... so I would focus on them. Then, like punishingcossack and a few others have said, get the Carb 12, then the 10, once they come available (as long as you are F2P) since the bang for buck is where the 12 is at... the 10 is good, and I have it... but if I weren't spending every now and again the 12 would be the best choice. It's 「deteriorated bum-bum」 right out of the box.
IMO, YMMV
