Read a biography book quite a few years ago on Chuck Yeager , even retired he could walk on any military Air base and be given a jet/ plane to fly. Yes indeed one heck of a mans man he was.

How did I not hear about this?! A man of a bygone time. Nobody has any excitement or wonder anymore. It's all DLC and google.. 「fluffernutter」ing kids talking about 「really happy」 and 「dookie」 like "ASMR artists"... I like to think that he's not dead at all, but instead, has transcended his physical body and is now forever flying with his own wings and is now tackling the light barrier.
