Let me say this first, I still like playing War Robots. I really do. Despite all the stupidity and naked greedy acts and lies of Pix, the game at its core is still fun.
But the relentless 'Check Your Internet Connection'? What a crock of 「dookie」.
In addition to War Robots, I play CoDM. I play on Minecraft servers. I play Lichess. I play Roblox with my kids. I watch Hulu and Netflix and YouTube. I surf the net. I have two kids and 3 adults in my house, all with devices. I have a service that Verizon no longer offers and would dearly love to get me off of.
The only thing I do online that give me any connection issues, is War Robots. And they blame me? My service?
I'm no whale. In four years I might have spent around $250, most in the first 5 months. But I do spend here and there on $1 deals and have bought bots for $5, where I think the price should be.
And so I say to you, Pix, through your forum observers: Fix it.
Fix it, you dumb 「illegitimate child」s. Fix it before this game becomes not worth my time to try to play.

Well, it took 5 days and 2 support tickets but Pix fixed the issue.
What was it, you may ask? Well, I have no idea.
You see, this evening I tried again to play a match as I have done many a time before. This time it worked! I could play, load clan chat, manage the clan, start squads and custom games! But when I went to help to thank Tech support my current ticket was not only closed, but scrubbed. Gone. Back to my last support ticket in Sept.
I have screenshots though. Heh.

We missed seeing those Vitzes roaming around Wednesday night. Maybe the reason the ticket got scrubbed was that they reset you to a “last known good” date. Before the issue arose. I am no computer guy, but that is all I can think of. That or they are trying to hide their ineptitude.

Glad your issue was resolved. But yeah. They seem to close their trouble tickets when they feel the problem was addressed.

I spoke too soon. The issue is back as of this morning. I have opened another ticket.
