Unless some new info has come out, recently, that is.

HTT stands for holy templar something; the last character is just grouping diff ppl into diff subclans based on power I think |

I believe it was originally based on recruitment, but it has changed to mech power, Discord, comm usage, and win rate. Currently im mislabeled because i do not use comms, and my hanger isn't powerful enough to rate the "C"....but I'm too cheap to spend the A-coins in the current economy to change my name. |

So...I joined a clan...sort of...
I got an invite to join Wolf Pack, or WP for short. This guy sent me the Discord link and said changing my in game handle to add the WP was not required. So, I joined.
But...
I certainly don't feel like part of a clan though. It's not like it was with my old clan in War Robots. We had Discord and we were somewhat active. We had the clan chat and there was usually some posts there. We squadded a lot and there was a real sense of comradery.
So far, all I've seen on this Discord is the guy who invited me post some YT vids. I guess he has hopes on becoming a Youtuber. I posted about coming to join our forum here and so far there has been no response. It's a shame cause we could use more videos here. I would take some of my game play but I'm too lazy to do any editing and I'm too embarrassed by my lack of skill!
Anyway, time will tell if I end up staying. Like I said, it doesn't feel like a clan yet.

I must be one of those borderline antisocial personalities or something, because even in many clans in W R I never really felt like I fit in. I certainly never felt any kind of benefit from it other than a maybe couple of players who were great to squad with. At this point, when they ever do implement clans in MA, I don’t feel any burning desire to join one. Unless they actually want to squad, which right now only about two of my MA friends ever do. |
