Is there a limit on how many of the prodigy + 500 coin deals I get offered over time? I've bought the last 3, so if I keep buying them, will I eventually hit a limit and the game will stop offering it?

They pop up every week, and seem to stack as stored for every week you dont buy them.
So, if you played for 4 weeks, but only started buying them this week, you can buy 4 before the offer becomes unavailable.
So, if you buy them until you can't buy them anymore now, if you don't buy them until, say,mid December, you will be able to purchase the offer once for every week between now and then.
Edit: example, if your gaming budget is say, $20/MO and the deal is $5 to you:
If you spend the $20 at the start of a new month to get the offer 4 times, all at once, it is the same as spending the $5 each week when the offer refreshes.
If you don't spend the $5 each week to obtain the offer when it refreshes, you will have a stack of the offer for each week you didn't purchase it, and will be able to buy them all at the start of the next month.

They come up for me every 72 hours. GO to the Shop then click the Premium tab. On the left hand side, that deal shows with the countdown clock for the next availability. Just claimed this and here is the remaining clock.  |
