Is it just me? Im Trying to figure out how incompetent pixonic truly are. They cant fix the severe lag, if anything, they continue to make it worse.

Weâre all holding our breath that The Great Remastering will solve the lag issues. tcvash99 I've done testing. Pretty much tested every Remastered version they had on their test servers. It's the same game, including the same lag and bugs, but it looks nicer and runs better (more frames per second, especially with "low" setting on older devices) and that's all about it.
Got even the good stuff like you getting stuck to a corner and can't move, all that good 「dookie」. It's all there. The lag of the bots or shots, too, of course.
IF, and only if, they also will work on their server code, then the lag issues might get resolved. I haven't seen a change regarding that on any of my test server Remastered sessions.
And I might add: Seeing the new super fast TItan, was't the concept of a Titan that it moves slow and has high firepower, dashing around like a Kumiho and using the shield thing the Hawk has, doesn't look very promising. The Hawk is barely out of the factory and yet, they release the next UBER titan bot. Nah, pass.
We're in rants I suppose. 「fluffernutter」 Pixonic. Without lube.

they should have use the money that players give them to buy better servers... I don't know for sure, as nobody has ever seen some insider info about their code or server/client structure, but I'm very sure, it's all code related, not server performance related. They're surely running modern stuff like high core count AMD EPYC or Intel CPUs. It's their code. Way back, we played games with thousands of players, say, World of Warcraft which was released 2004. 2004 we had "June 28, 2004 Intel® Xeon⢠Processor MP 3.6 GHz, 3.4 GHz, 3.2 GHz, 3.0 GHz, 2.8 GHz" as a server CPU and yet, games like WoW worked extremely well due to very advanced optimization.
Now we have 64 core server cpus. 64 cores and 128 threads at just 7200 Dollars. You can run a 「dookie」LOAD of crap on such cpu. Also RAM is cheaper than ever. And still, Pixonic is unable to provide a lag-free gaming experience in 2020 with tech, that even didn't appear in our DREAMS back in 2004.
A 64 core AMD EPYC is a marvel of modern technology. Imagine the sheer calculation power if you fill one server rack with 1 or 2 HE servers with those puppies. The power of a super computer at the cost of two Tesla Model S. Theoretically with a server rack like that, you could host hundreds of thousands of players at the same time. But ah well, maybe Pixonic is still using 80386 at their backend? I don't know. Sad that we never seen any tech leaks how Pixonic operates.
