It's true, I am a native Texan but I work all over the world. A freelance consultant, Validation Engineer for Implantable Medical Device R&D. Currently in Menomonie Wi going on the 3rd year contract.
With not much to do in the evenings I game a lot. Initially I was into Kill Shot Bravo (still play some). Our alliance (clan) there generally ranks in the top 50-100 overall. I've backed off KSB because the producers at Hot Head Games are greedy arses. Can't play in the upper echelon unless you dump $200 or more a month on virtual guns and gear to keep up. In fact, every new map that comes out you have to buy a new sniper rifle that suits it which will be 2000+ gold... or just don't play.
Some of my other friends whom were fed up with KSB kept praising War Robots and how much fun you can have on little out of pocket. They were right for the most part. Pix has their fundraiser events but all in all Pix doesn't keep their hands in my pockets. I generally drop a C-note once a month and goal to set 4 guns to level 12, which works out well. I can certainly drop a Franklin on far more ridicules purchases.
Our clan battles somewhere around 9p-1a CST.
