Wife and I found a house. In photos, it comes with washes/dryer.

Contract says only stove, no washer/dryer. Is this even legal?

Seller promised video over two ago of house...no video.

I am seeing this as a HUGE FORKING red flag that can be seen from low orbit. Seems like they are being very evasive.

Any replies would be great.
