I believe blowing off weapons is a vastly underrated tactic and unexplored facet in War Robots. Playing with my Thunder Pinata Leo and losing 3/4 weapons a lot of time has made me ask a few questions.
1. Is there a factor governing what weapon would be blown off first or at a sequence? My Leo always loses its Thunder first. Is the losing of weapons at random?
2. Do each weapon have its own HP the depletion of which governs its blowing off, or does the Bot need to accrue a certain amount of damage before a weapon is blown off (randomly or by a set sequence)
3. Is it possible to aim at blowing off a particular weapon? If I shoot at a Golem's Medium Hardpoint while its cornershooting with it, will only it be blown off? Will it be possible to try blow off specific weapons from other bots?
4. How do I save from a specific weapon being blown off? I'd like to keep the Thunder in my Leo while sacrificing the Pinatas.
So, does anyone have any answers?

Nothing seems to tear off my weapons quite like molots, punishers and thunders.

On that note, it's been semi-proven that the lower the level of the bot, the harder it is to blow weapons off. The higher the bot level, the higher the Critical chance. We had a guy so some experiments on it

Also depends on the class I think. A Lightbot would never lose its weapons before its destroyed. Not true. I've lost weapons frequently before death in a stalker, and occasionally in a Gep. Ditto. Fun driving a gary with a single magnum
