Maybe next time. Definitely some really good players on this forum I look forward to teaming with again! GG! Sorry I had to bail after only 1 match but I had to run and with my hangar being only in 500s, I figured it wouldn't impact you guys badly. BAMtATeRToTz - I appreciate you helping me clear my "2 games with friends" challenge right before. Sorry I couldn't put us over the top for either of those games. My hangar just needs a bit more levelling, I afraid. |

Danny LinguiniI was typing when you started the game. Was gonna tell you "prepare yourself". The AI at my level have the same power scores you might see, but they're BRUTAL.

Life calls at the worst times! No worries - I’ve got more clunkers under my belt than I care to admit.  Like earlier today, I go rolling into one if the tunnels on that snowy map with my javelin Killshot. Just as I’m thinking, what the hell am I going to do if a red comes in from the other end, a red came in from the other end. Javelins in tunnel = sitting duck, and I got shredded by autocannons of all things before I ever took a shot. Just stupid. Live and learn.  |

I'm playing solo for the time being as I'm still trying to get a feel for the maps, AI, and improving my targeting skills. I wish there was a way to do a custom match where I could just wander around the maps at my leisure.

And there are some very good ones roaming around these parts.  PS: Thanks for the help tonight, mechtout - I finished my challenges, which luckily didn’t require any wins.  It’s Mortar Rocket Spam City out there tonight! |

Deadeye, that last game tonight was friggin’ fun. I’ve been getting wiped all night, so I needed that. Trading off between your Ares shield and Panther’s barrier, we were quite formidable!

Played a few Tourney matches in a row for a change, last night... and the first game where the opponent difficulty rises I end up facing bagofsoup .
Thanks for the humility check good sir! Definitely made the transition to tougher opponents easier getting straight schlacked (IDK if that is a word but it sounds bad enough to fit what happened lol) by you and your team!

I ran into a few of these yesterday, with one player mopping up the place with the entire rest of the field. And then I also had a few where I was the one doing the mopping. |

Great tourney games today Mantis! Nice squading with you. I saw you in hangar last night and thought about inviting you, but I kept thinking I would have to stop soon so didn't do it... I should have though, went from 200pts to about 2667 in one run. (That's a LOT for me lol)
I won't hesitate next time.
