Also, range is 200m shorter. And Tempest is a lot cheaper to upgrade. Also, if I win a Hornet it’d only be my only one. I’d mount it to my Rayker (be still my heart!!!). |

Gotcha.....Not like you need anyone explaining such things about the game.....I was curious if you got lucky and scored one yet...I dig the hell out of them, and the 600m range is fine by me, but I get the stay out of Ming plasma range thing.

Gotcha.....Not like you need anyone explaining such things about the game.....I was curious if you got lucky and scored one yet...I dig the hell out of them, and the 600m range is fine by me, but I get the stay out of Ming plasma range thing. Its all good. I don’t mind explaining my crackpottery. The idea is to eventually build a Behemoth. I don’t need to do this, but it’s a cheap build unlike plenty of other things. |

I've been doing a little pondering to try to figure out what mechs I have that I could mount 2 onto that would given me a sufficiently annoying option to be worth a) leveling the guns and b) putting into my hanger.
I suppose I could mount the lone Shocktrain to a Cossack, but then I would be setting myself up to be identified as a habitual, gratuitous tanker. I don't know that I'm enough of a Cool Jerk to be able to do that sort of thing sufficient justice. |

Almost anything would work. I'd use Spark or Aphid. I've only used Spark, Aphid or Sting on Hover so far. Sting may be good, but I don't like the way it fires. It makes me feel like I'm wasting shots. Of course that's what I use with my Wasps, but I feel like I have little choice. I think they work well, but the Wasps seem so much more powerful that together Sting feels weak when it really isn't. |

Does serious damage and annoys the heck out of the reds. Another option, Vortex Spectre (of course yeah). Ps. How did you make that emoji? I have to know. |
