To be honest I never had it tested. I believe 5+ years of playing this game has lowered it though!!!

About 20 years ago when I was 20 and living in LA a friend and I went to the Scientology center for their free IQ tests. I got 160 something and my friend 150 something but I can tell you we ain’t geniuses. The test giver was quite befuddled, I think they expect low scores and then sell Scientology as a way to improve them. But he tried to sell to us anyways and it was awkward getting out of there. I don’t put any credence into IQ scores but it’s fun to solve puzzles.

I can design control circuitry so 12vdc BMS signal along with an auto manual switch with indicators can turn on 240v lighting control contactors to operate LED flood lighting in a fail safe control mode.
The contactors also send back feedback to let the BMS system know what status the lights are in.
I drew it up and also had another electrician wire up another without issue.
Many others tried and couldn't work it out.
What IQ does that give me?

Was like 138 when they tested me. Couldn't care less about it. Barely does me any good in real life

High enough that I can walk and chew gum at the same time. ?
Don’t know that I ever had it tested. I seemed to remember something like: You are not supposed to know what the number is or you become less smart. At least that is what they taught us in school.

A Buzzfeed quiz told me my IQ was deep dish pizza, so that equals like a Bazillion right? Also I like turtles.

This is delving a bit into my personal philosophy, but I think the whole concept behind IQ to be rather silly. It's just another way for some people to lord over their "greatness" over others. IQ in no way contributes to a person's overall happiness or happiness goals, so why bother?

Don't be content OP. Also try to gain as much common sense as possible.

IQ in no way contributes to a person's overall happiness or happiness goals, so why bother? It's a stupid concept anyway. If you take an IQ test and score 110, and then buy one or two "Polish your IQ" books and work them through and take the test again, you'll score higher, as the tasks you have to solve in the tests are trainable.
For me, a person with a high IQ is able to use existing knowledge to solve (not yet known) problems. Examine, analyse, build a solution, problem solved. That's high IQ. And this can be as an electrician, doing a complicated installation, in other tech jobs, in teaching, whatever job. When you are able to solve new problems with your existing knowledge, then you're intelligent.
My take on it.

Don't know my IQ...
Though I do feel it's getting lower as I get older.
My mental capacity is degrading daily, and I can feel the difference.
Maybe it's just mental fatigue, if there is such a thing, because I just can't catch a breath. I don't really sleep much. My vocabulary is degrading also. That's most likely all connected...
Physically I'm doing great tho, I work out daily, gained a lot of muscle in a few past months and my stamina has increased noticeably.
I just don't know what is wrong with my head... could probably go visit some sort of mechanic...

I just don't know what is wrong with my head... could probably go visit some sort of mechanic... Well, sleep is the daily defrag + scandisc for our brain. Memory engrams are getting tidied up and while that happens, we dream.
What I can recommend:
- Get enough Omega 3 and Omega 6 (fat fish, canola oil, helps your vascular circular system, good fat is essential for your health, avoid saturated fats)
- Get enough vitamin d3 and k2 (vital for your immune system) - Get enough anti oxidants (red berry fruit)
- Drink green tea. Prevents "plaque" on the neural links in the brain (don't use boiling water or the tea will taste very bad)
- Consider learning a meditation technique. Will work after a few weeks and within a few months, it'll be second nature
And work on your sleep problem. I'm having that too, depends on the day. It's ?fluffernutter?ing annoying when you can't come down. But I'm working on it. If you want, give the stuff above a try. A lot of people feel better with it and it's easily integrated in your daily routine.

My Inertia Quotient is less than it should be, but more than it could be... Why? just wanting to know what other people tested and got. I took a test and was proud so I shared it, wanting to know if anyone else had reactions to theirs.

I took a test and was proud so I shared it, wanting to know if anyone else had reactions to theirs. I joked around with my first response. Seriously if it is important to you then you should be proud. I will say it is the actions a person takes in life that mean more than test results. So I hope you take your smarts and use it for something good which you and your family can be proud of! Good luck in the future!

If you can form a coherent sentence...figure out how much carpet a room takes... remember to turn the power off to an outlet before trying to fix it...have enough sense to not answer fashion questions from your significant other...rarely have to answer your kids "BECAUSE I SAID SO!"...and know to take the opinions of someone who has actually done what you are trying to do....score yourself around 115 IQ as a baseline...add more if you tend to avoid potential pitfalls while doing something new...take away points if you trust any member of the broadcast media.... And stop smoking whatever you're smoking if this post starts sounding intelligent.

There are lots and lots options from Sudoku to distance learning that should help. As to your vocabulary, do you write at all? I started with a blog ten years ago and managed to finegle a magazine article out of it, my vocabulary has absolutely blossomed in that time. Give it a go, it might help. Maybe have your health tested to make sure that there is nothing physically wrong with you, but you'd be surprised at how reversible these things can be. Doing the same things at work and then at home is bad for the head!

They don't test it where I live.
The US fascination with it always struck me as bizarre, it's such a blunt instrument. Granted, it is *probably* a good indicator for your ability to do well in STEM subjects, but completely ignores aptitude in pretty much everything else; like the entirety of arts degrees and your ability sell things, plus lateral thinking.
The most weird part is that they test it and then tell the students the answer. Are the ones with low numbers supposed to just give up and accept their lot in life? It also sounds like an enormous burden for the kids that do well.
