IDK, based on my personal tastes, I'd rather run the Blitz with quad Shredder, Taser Mender, and Cryo/Rime Phantom.
Don't know what else you have available, but it seems you have a penchant for short fast bots - love them! Loki and Pursuer in the same hangar - if you only have one - is a bit redundant though. You could use a brawler type of bot, but not sure what else would fit with your theme - if you want to keep your theme that is.

Yeah, I agree...it's slow... but damn that conversion is painful. I had the same situation and WS-ed a couple of Rimes and won a Sinister Rime and am about to WS another one as soon as my next Igniter is done. It's a PITA but when I thought about upgrading it and how long it takes to amass Ag, it was a bit easier to deal with.
Only you know what you are willing to deal with but, overall, I'd say wait it out.
