An often overlooked element with our equipment is adjustment of ‘screen sensitivity’, which determines how fast or slow your mech chassis turns from side to side. If for example, you find it is difficult to stop your reticle on a target; if your reticle bypasses your target when you turn to fire, it is because your screen sensitivity is set too loose. However, a loose sensitivity may actually be one of the adjustments we need to turn quickly when ambushed by a Scorpion. So when it hits the live server, keep this in mind if you find your chassis is moving too slowly to face the Scorpion. To adjust the screen sensitivity, you have to be in a match, find somewhere safe for a minute, select menu and advanced settings. Sometimes you have to adjust and play a couple matches readjusting until you find the sweet spot.
If you are finding it difficult to hit targets, it is not merely that they are using evasive maneuvers by moving side to side, it may have something to do with your screen sensitivity being too tight or too loose. It is worth exploring adjustments to this to see if it improves your aim.
