So due to an amount of unhealthy time on my phone and good teammates, In the short month I have played this game, I have reached Expert 1. I keep moving up the ranks because my teammates carry me. My hangar has NO robots or weapons at or past level 10 too. Some of the people I am versing have MK2. The games are now me dying in the first 5-7 mins and my teammates clutch the win. I think I need to drop to like diamond because I cannot enjoy the games as much. I know tanking is bad but like at this point I don't have that many options and I keep getting low damage each game.

I believe that is just the ebb and flow of the game. As you move up leagues you do not score as well until you build up your weapons and bots. Then you are again competitive and move up another league. I always called it the yo-yo effect. It took me like 8 months to move permanently into Champs from masters; although, that was a few years ago.

Don't sweat it. As long as you don't lose on purpose, it's not tanking. Just let the MM beat you back down naturally. It'll happen eventually.
Don't worry about your levels to much either. My highest level right now is 4 L11 Magnums on my Ardent Blitz. You need to play to your bots' strengths. That means, for example, if you have a RDB build (Tulus/Pins), you have to stay at 500m and aim for corners where a red is hiding. Tap the fire button once and see if it hits, and if it does, unload your full clip. Do this often enough and you'll get a feel for the splash range of your rockets.
If you're dying to fast, its likely you're trying to brawl with MR weapons against bots that are designed for CQC.

I have 3 robots for Mid range, one is my beacon capping rog. 2 of them are the 300 meters range so I'd say its pretty balanced.

If you're using a Tulumbas Rogatka as a beacon capper, then it's no wonder it doesn't last. Trying to fight for beacons in a bot as fragile as the Rog with weapons suited for 500m combat isn't a good idea. I'm betting that you're only chipping away at an opponent's HP before you're toasted. If you're gonna cap beacons with the Rog, you gotta go with Orkans or Cryos if you can get them. Even then, the Rog requires skillful play to get the most out of it. In the role of beacon capping, there are better bots now and they're not that hard to get. Even the Kumiho is better at getting to most beacons.

Can you put something better suited for CQC? Orkans, Tarans, Punisher Ts, Scourges.

Two Tulumbas on their own don't really do a lot of damage - unless you're in a Doc and can switch to a fresh pair. Anyway, if you're finding that you're Rog is getting toasted too fast, then maybe you should consider it's armament.

As a pure beacon capper, the Stalker is probably better than the Rog. Not many decent builds for it these days though. I used to run Aphid when I was in lower leagues. If you could wrangle a pair of Sparks, it would be half decent firepower.

That is how it goes. Try to hang back a bit and chip away at the reds. If your bots can’t handle the heat you need to move away from the fire until they get leveled up. I did the same thing. I have a ghost rog on my fun hanger. Only level nine with Punisher Ts L11. And phaseshift. It does great a beacon capping. Don’t go up to a beacon with a phantom as you will Be toast. But you ALWAYS have that speed with it. Get one and use it to your advantage.

When I had the jump and heal pilot, it died quickly. I don’t possess the BB skills to make that one work, but ghost with road hog and speed booster. YEAH BABY! Works almost as good as my blitz or pursuer as my opening bot. On yamantu, I will use the speed to loop around back and draw reds to me so my team can grab center back. If they are paying attention that is.

Has I said on another thread, my second account got pushed to expert by the time I was level 26 (ie no titan) running 4 level 1.7 bots (1 leadhose Gareth, 2 leadhose Leos, one RDB Griffin) playing less than 2 hours a week on this account. Still moving up despite having a 30% win rate. Tonight I will get a Falcon from the WS, but I'm thinking about leaving that account "full silver" and see where that gets me to. And just for general information : from diamond on, the field already moves heavily toward Ao Jun / Leech, then lately to Ravanas. Some of these guys also look like they know what they are doing. Not sure how they manage to stay in diamond / low expert with these bots and a titan while I rocket up just trying my best with my 4 bot 1.7 hangar. (Well, Gareth is now 1.8).

A full silver only hanger that's decently levelled can easily take you to Masters League. Even Champions League is achievable if you really know what you're doing. Foxypotato managed to reach Champions League with a silver only hanger even back when the MM was a bit less generous with league points.

No - you don’t tank. However, if you are being carried as you suggest then you will do poorly in FFA mode. I only suggest this approach so that if you would choose to tank then you do not affect your squad mates. As I originally stated, there is an ebb and flow to how well you do in this game. I believe most have experienced it. I was only sharing my experience and you can take it or leave it but in no way am I suggesting you tank.

I have A Level 9 Rogatka 1 Level 6 Atomizer, 1 Level 5 Tulumbas, (Literally a very bad build), 1 Level 7 Natasha 2 Level 5 Pinatas, 2 Level 7 Thunders, (Meh Build), 1 Level 7 Leo 1 Level 7 Glacier, 1 Level 7 Magnum, 1 Level 8 Gust, 1 Level 5 Pinata, (Actually a pretty damn good build, gets the job done), 1 Level 9 Scavenger Griffin, 2 Level 5 Pins, 2 Level 6 Tulumbas, and 1 Level 8 Ravana 3 Level 9 Tulumbases (The best out of my hangar), and a Kid With Level 2 Retaliator, Level 1 Cuirassier, and Level 1 Vengance.
