Since MM = league = 50-day average damage, it's logical to assume you slip down your league ranking if you don't play awhile, yes? Just wondering since I'll be on a business trip for a couple weeks and likely won't have time to play.

Your score doesn't change if you don't play a while. Not sure exactly what happens during league qualification at the start of each month, but it seems that you don't move more than a league up or down from your previous score. Also i think the 50 match average is what you are referring to, and it has nothing to do with your league score.

MM=rating, which also determines your league. Stats like average damage and win % are completely separate, and none of those will change (only your activity) if you don't play.
