So I started to wonder,if pix adds really good bots(like brit bots or upcoming dash bots)but later on nerfs it just so to add another really good bot because to increase "sales",won't it just stay nearly the same?It will just loose the variety of choices. Instead of 3-6 bots that are great and may force a player to try out the others, but there's only 1-3 bots thus decreasing variety and choice, especially for the newer players.I know well it is to force the players that bought that once great bot,to buy the other one,but just why?newer players are increasing and everyone just wants a new toy so why nerf the other one? This is not basically true, but some forum members stated it before so just wondering.

It's to stop power-creep.
If you continually introduce new, more powerful bots, you end up with everyone zapping each other in 0.1 seconds.
If you nerf the most powerful bots before introducing new ones, you can limit the power-creep.

The cycle of buff and nerf is strongly decided by what the players say. Pix actually listens to the opinions here...Look at the Rog Buff coming.
Balance in the force...they don't want a one bot game.

The meta-game must be constantly changing to not let the game get boring and repetitive. Every game that has competitive play must change in order to keep their customers (players) active, so this behavior is completely normal. But I wouldnt like to see the meta completely changing from water to wine since it really takes a long time to upgrade stuff.
