I think the winds of more change are blowing, boys. While the notes specify no details, the speed/sharpshooter skills are absent in the TS for Avengers, but not for Molots/T/Tempest. Also, the clip runs through a whole lot faster when revved. Better for Hades, worse for Rayker. Download the TS and experience it for yourself:

I'm surprised that it has taken this long, and am gutted because I rely pretty heavily on them. If they remove Sharp and Speedshooter skills, I'm going to need 1000Au a pop compensation for them.

It smashes Titans, but can be smashed in return if you aren't careful. That's not the case for Juns, and I think that's why they have to nerf the Avenger, becuase they would never nerf the precious Jun. It'll be the same with Storms and Leech. |

Test server pilot skills were always bugged for machine guns. I always wanted to try Pun-T with shot grouping, but they never turned it on.
I think you don't have to worry about sharpshooter skills. Pix just did not bother adding them since months.

TBF, I kind of knew that this was coming and shouldn't be running them on two bots, but all those shell casings flying everywhere is just soooooo satisfying. I have been thinking about running a 3x Calamity one on and off, this maybe nerf might just be the shove that I need to try it. What's half a billion Ag between friends on upgrades, eh? |

Pix just did not bother adding them since months. I've got punishers with the 30% tighter shot group on my aw pooh dragon and it makes a big difference. Toss in shield breaker and purple princesses go "poof" |

I hope they don’t touch the Punishers. I get the Avengers, kinda saw it coming a mile away. But there tends to be collateral when they do this sort of thing.

Since WS 2.1 and Pilots, it's pretty much cheaper in terms of pretend (and ocassionally, real) money to acquire WS weapons. If needs be - and I can't believe that I'm saying this - just make the upgrades more expensive; if it was as much as a Viper, I'd happily wear that. Okay, I wouldn't be happy, but you get the idea! |

I wouldn’t mind that. Dont be naive man, Pix probably just decrease the clip size. So much lower dmg per unload cycle while keeping the reload time the same. Pix is very likely to nerf Avenger and Ao Jun as that’s the biggest threat of the new titans. Currently titan has no way to counter Ao Jun with Avenger with 500m range. I prefer to add active module slot to Titan. So it can counter Ao Jun with Quantum Radar as oppose to nerf machine gun... I don’t like nerf. I prefer buff! |

If they Remove the Machine gun skills and nerf the Avenger it will be one of the lowest blows Pixonic as ever done.
I think it's more of a bug or something. Even for Pixonic standards I don't think they'll do something this low but if it's true then HOLY SHEET!. Basically it will be "F-K your cheap Weapons now you truly gonna have to Pay or Pay if of you want to advance in the game".

Then they nerf more and more, and now this. But my warning thread is apparently a rant and moved there. |

Well, this is when I'm glad I have spare heavies, and that I only bought one avenger. (even though I won a couple)(wait, not even bought, just got it when it came to the workshop) Might just throw my redeemer on instead, pairs well with shredders.
