So Stan says Cerberus will be the final prize on the FREE track of the next operations beginning in February! Pretty sweet! I'm looking forward to grinding for it.

I realized I haven't hit the final prize on the free path (lvl 80) since the second operations. I think I got to 65 or 67?

Meh, I tried it on the TS. Not really worth grinding for - especially if Pix will mostly likely increase the free path completion requirements.

Wish they would scrap the PS Dasher... but it's at least cool that they are putting the Community bot on the F2P Ops path... but yeah, I think it should be EASIER to get the community bot than 80 levels of OP grinding... ya know... b/c community.

Nah, not worth it.
Cerberus is practically weak against meta and non meta. Also, final prize? HOW CAN I REACH THERE IF I GOT SCHOOL TO DO?!

Cerberus is meh, certainly not Tier 1 bot.
You will be able to buy Cerberus with 7500 gold or WS it for the usual cost of the Tier 2 bots.
They might keep it Operation Pass exclusive for the duration of the season

The free ENDS at 80. The premium goes to 100. For the current one, #80 is a paint job for Hellburner. For Premium, it’s a +5% armor paint job. After that, there is NO REWARDS for free players, only for those who paid for the Premium package. While I am sure he said that, give that this is Pix, I am quite certain that they are not giving out shiny new Cerebus bots to everyone. I could be wrong, but I doubt it. Edit: Well, I am wrong. As it currently stands, it’s on the FTP part at #80. Here’s hoping it doesn’t change |

It might be an OK bot, but if it's anything like the last one...nope.
As to putting it on the operations, I'd expect operation bands to be made much harder, The Way of Pix. Promise you something good, then bend you over for payment.

I really like the concept of the Cerberus. Used to also be my screen name for gaming to add to it.
What would make it a viable contender for meta? DR? More health? Princess shield, dr, phase shift , speed burst? Jump and dash in stealth? Lol

Cerberus seemed like it'd have been a very good bot in the old days, but it isn't meta. The auto-recharging Aegis is cushy, though. The two side weapons make for a great corner shooter too, though your Aegis bubble might still get clipped. What would make it a viable contender for meta? DR? More health? Princess shield, dr, phase shift , speed burst? Jump and dash in stealth? Lol This might sound funny, but having all three weapons on the side (2 Mediums and 1 Heavy) would make it a super elite corner shooter, giving it a special niche in the game. Behemoth can currently corner shoot with one Heavy. Butch might be able to too. |

I don't care if it's weak, I just want to get one because it seems like an exceptional corner shooter and a good Boa successor! It won't have the health the Boa has so when they get you pants down, you will be dead faster than a Boa, the 350 range is also very limiting. I'd like to see 20k more base health and longer ability range. Even at the cost of walking speed. But, maybe I will change my mind. On the test server everyone had anti control and new bots, so you could not tell how well it would perform in mid leagues where you have a mix of old and new bots without modules. It will most likely be 7500 gold. It was already available for that amount after the update. If you went to the workshop and clicked on the Cerebrus it offered it for 7500, unlike the Ravana and Nightengale which pushed you to the event crate. Picked one up within 5 minutes of the new update. Not overly impressed so far. Leveled it to 9 so far but it's pretty squishy. See how it progresses but have moved on to other upgrades for the time being.
