I bought the new kindle fire 10 and neither pixonic nor amazon will help transfer my account from the old fire 7. Both say it's the other's fault and pix will only say sorry, we're looking into it. No updates, no timeline.
Gamecircle was eliminated in 2018, but pix didn't do anything about it, like creating its own save system.
I tried copying files over, but it didn't work. I'll try a different way again, but not holding much hope.
Just curious if anyone got it to work. My old device won't play a single game without crashing, and I'm not starting over. The way pix sets this game up, it's really horrible to start over from scratch.
I realize most players are ios or regular android, but there's still a bunch of us who went through amazon.

I bought an Amazon Fire HD after using my 7 in Amazon tablet a long time; I started playing War Robots on that tablet in September 2017. I had no problem getting my purchased content onto the Fire HD including War Robots. That was maybe late 2018. Pixonics support can be good or worthless, depending on the phase of the moon. Did you get all your other content moved over to your new tablet okay? I think you will have more success with Amazon in the long run if you write letters or emails. Maybe ask for a refund on your old War Robots account since it is inaccessible now. I hope you get this worked out to your satisfaction.

I'm not sure but you might just have to wait until amazon comes up with a new save system and upload your stuff to that, other than that the only way is to get the latest device that still has gamcircle.

Hmmm...
I'm still using Game Circle on my Fire HD10. I deleted War Robots over the summer and reloaded in mid Oct. I had no issues logging into Game Circle to recover my account.
Just last week, I added War Robots to my phone (Samsumg S5) and used Game Circle to load my hanger. Again, no problem.
If you guys didn't mention it, I'd swear Game Circle never went away.... YMMV.

I still use game circle as well and transferred from a fire 7 to a 10.
Something not adding up.
My sons account did not transfer to a new tablet though and pix was led them zero help.
Sounds very inconsistent.

Ive done some Googling and developer kits no longer have Gamecircle. So maybe Pix used a newer kit to do updates?
Fwiw I might consider going back to the old Amazon tablet and forget dealing with all this. If you no longer have it you might try ebay. Btw my Amazon Fire HD 10 still has Gamecircle as of this post.

The difference is the 2017 Amazon Fire OS supports GameCircle and the 2019 Fire OS does not. It's that simple. What I just did after discovering this was, I went on Swappa and I found a mint condition 2017 Fire 10HD and bought that. Works perfectly. And we kept the 2019 Fire 10HD and I've got a smurf account started there. One bot hangar for now running an Ao Qin, which would have no place in my Champs hangar.

Yes,like jeb said, it's the newest fire 10 (released around late october, 2019) which no longer has gamecircle. The older fire 10 or 8 or 7 has gamecircle, so transferring wasn't an issue.
But I feel like pixonic should have been working on this long ago when amazon first announced it was going away. That was over a year ago. It seems like they're only now scrambling to do something.
Or maybe they just want to let it die on the amazon platform and they're not telling us yet...
On the bright side...I have more free time now!

Thanks for this thread..... This explains why I havent been able to run this game on Amazon server since Halloween on an Android device. Used to play a couple hours a day. Now maybe 4 matches a week on my wifes fire 10.
Thanks to COD mobile for filling the void.
