Going to be adding these bots to my hangar soon and deciding which pilots to move over to them. Looking through the pilot skills I can't decide if one will see a bigger boost from having additional skills than the other. What are your must have pilot skills for Strider and Rayker?
The Strider is going to be a Glacier/Gust or Glacier/Gust/Ecu build and the Rayker is likely going to be plasma, but also considering a Viper/Shredder build.

First you are going to want mechanic on both of them, then for the strider there is armor expert, clever survivor, master gunsmith, and adamant road hog For the rayker probably supressor, clever survivor, and ability damage, gonna want to ask Bob Dylan for help for the rayker

For Strider, first and foremost I'd recommend Mechanic. Given how easily you can dodge and retreat with a Strider, you can end up regaining a lot of health. Second I'd go for Armor Expert. Master Gunsmith is worthwhile as it adds 5% damage and you are looking to do a lot of burst damage quick. I'm pretty sure Clever Survivor is a popular option as it gives you an extra dash, but personally I haven't gotten to equip it as I needed weapon-apecific skills (Shot Grouping/Guidance Operator) for my setups. However, I do like Invulnerable Raider. I usually pick up at least 1 beacon on the way to center and the 30 seconds of DR stack on each other, so if you get 2 beacons it's a minute, etc. I don't know that it's the most popular choice but it works well for me. Got it early on and have never been tempted to switch.

Can't speak to the Strider ( ѻﻭɼﻉ or BB would have good opinions there) but the Rayker skills look like this (tho not necessarily in this order): These are from Ⓑⓞⓑ Ⓓⓨⓛⓐⓝ's post. I have the same, though my sharpshooter is on my Avenger as I run Avenger/Shredder. The suppressor is super important as it doesn't depend on the level of your Rayker. The Destroyer is important, but if your Rayker is lower level (mine's level 10 mk1) then it doesn't provide as much benefit. The suppressor takes your suppression up to 88%. Makes Leeches look like Destriers. You could go with RH, but it only adds 4 kph to your already high speed, which isn't worth it. ARH though, would be a different story. 72 kph is no joke.

I have road hog on both. DB Strider has raider damage (7.5%) and PDB Rayker has free glance at 50% health.
Only 2 skills because 5 hangars. Wouldn't change a thing.

On Strider -
Road Hog is a must.
Adamant Road Hog should only take a slot if your intention is a mid game mech to regain beacon control
Knight Errant is perfect, and the ECU build is my favorite actually. Glory Halo Ecu with Anti Control and Battle Borne for first beacon

I should mention that due to the strength of Phantom, especially multiples fighting for the principal beacon, that is not the beacon to grab with Strider. This mech excels at being an opportunist; at getting around to steal beacons and ambush reds and withdraw. The Ecu is excellent because we’re facing a lot of energy weapons, which is only going to increase actually, as anti-Titan weapons, so the Ecu really makes a huge difference in combat longevity, allowing you to traverse certain open spaces to get to a beacon without losing a bunch of hp or having to use phase shift. Repair Unit or Advanced Repair Unit is the best fit for the Opportunist Strider imo. I use Advanced Repair Unit on Phantom as well because regaining huge amounts of hp is much more useful, and you can still fire weapons when it is activated. I have run both mods extensively and found Strider to last much longer with Advanced Repair Unit compared to PS
