Griffin, with AC Molots.
I know that seems silly. But with all the missile play out ranging my plasma bots and keeping them at arms length I decided to try an old griff in my hangar. It's just lvl6. I popped molots all around and it's doing surprisingly well.
It may be the answer I've been looking for to balance the range issues I have been having with plasma.

molots are great for picking off fury trident users and do great damage to other non shielded robots
would also suggest using punishers after the next update

Punishers worked really well in test server. I might start leveling a gunship to prepare.

Ok, I take it all back. Must have been a fluke for a few matches. Everyone I play with is stupid and out for themselves. No teamwork. Squad play is just worthless since nobody will take beacons. I'm gonna delete everything but griffs and missles so i can at least get in range and do a little damage. I only have one griff. and in diamond 1 griff + missiles wreck everything else it seems.
F'n game is demoralizing these days.

Trident carnage is pretty decent and mobile so it feels less like mid-range camper (although I didn't like the 10 second load time) and only costs WSP....I have too many of those suckers |

I've spent a total of $40 in 2 years on premium. This game is an easier free to play than any other game I've played. Even the premium currencies are easily attainable without actually spending. Every gold and wsp weapon and bot can be attained without spending a dime and in a timely fashion without needing to live on the game. |

I've never spent a single penny on this game. I've been playing for about 8 months and have a 9.5/9.5 hangar. I have a ton of WSP and a little over 5k of gold. Silver is the concern - I have about 240m so have calculated I should be fine getting to level 11, but the final push to level 12 might get more tricky - no more than a bit of a delay though. Yes, paying cash speeds things up, but this is definitely playable - and enjoyable - without the need for real cash. |
