Every day u can earn 90au from daily missions+9au from squad wins plus assume a safe underestimate u come in top 3 for extra gold enough to bring your daily total to: 90+9+11=110au*365=40150 a year. Assume u miss more than a quarter of the days in long stretches, then ~30k/year safe estimate. Plus u get gold for leveling up and from events, so add 5k to that for the first year for 35k gold made the first year playing Workshop is 85*6+40=550*365=200750/year, again make safe estimate assuming stretches of no playing, 150k/year. Plus u get a lot of wsp from leveling up, so maybe 175k for the first year of play 35k gold and 175k wsp is enough to build any super hangar, is it not? I'm like 4 months in rn and it seems so far off but i guess it's not really. I'm not sure I play quiiite that much but I wish I had time to  How long in people's experience does it take to level a full hangar to 12? |

Once your bot and weapon reach level 9/10 it is the silver that matters not gold or workshop point

First you have to build a current Meta max hangar - took me a year. Then you have to keep up with the changes to Meta gameplay from Pixonic buffs - nerfs - updates - which is a constant challenge. So unless you have $3,000 to drop on the game there will be something to keep upgrading for 2+ years. It probably takes longer now with the proliferation of physical shields and the buffs to energy shields - not to mention the major nerf to silver output around 6 months back.

I actually hate and admire those pricks at pixonic so much at the same time, they setup perfect scheme for players to follow and spend money. When you start playing you see all those cool gold bots so you gotta spend money to buy them and also buy instant upgrade them quickly, but once you reach higher level you realise silver is what matters so you gotta pay for those monthly premium to earn 50% more silver each match so stable income for them . Holy crap from players perspective its ruthess but from developers viewpoint its freaking genius!

Depends more on how many hours you play and the amount of silver you make. The most I get is 2m silver per day, I usually play much less than that. A trident levels for around 6m at level 8-9, my total silver has already dipped below 20m for my second trident. I don't see myself being able to max out my hangar in a year, not with my current rate of silver earnings. As far as my hangar goes, I'm only missing a Lancelot and an ancile for it to make my dream team. This is why in the current league system, players only bother with damage and not beacons. It coincides with their intense need for silver, they get enough gold from occasional wins and tasks and being top on losing team still earns you league points. So damage is king.

I usually make 5/6 million silver a day, actually my hangar is mostly 7/8 and i'm sitting on 220 million silver wasting a lot in buying ani kind of bot, sometimes in multiple copies at the beginning.
So for me silver will not be an issue, the problem is how slow you get gold (wsp it's ok considering upgrading time) but i think one year will be ok to have a good maxed out hangar

Some of that is me playing less and not bothering with premium, but a bigger part is the significant cost increase of the upgrades. You may find that you need a reserve more than 2x of what you have in order to have enough silver on hand to keep constant upgrades when you get to the l10 thru l12 upgrades. at my level, I could care less about gold and wsp---I'm sitting on a chunk of both that I don't have a use for. good luck! |

The missions are mostly 30 and a few 40 gold and you get 2 new ones a day....so not 90 a day but 62 on average more likely. Putting that number in with your other supplied figures gets you to 29,930 Au annually...22,448 for playing 75% of the days. With the other 5k Au added in (seems overly generous) gets you to 27.5k in gold. 5100 for slots 12500 for fury, Galahad and lancelot - assume 2 Griffins Leaving 10k for weps So that is barely enough to outfit a top hanger....but doable and no room for other gold bots. The key challenge is that it takes a full year to get the gold. I'm 1 year in and am L10 right now....some of this is that I leveled a 4/12 gep line up first while also upgrading a trash gold line up of 6/9 in the back ground. I expect it will take me another 6-8 months because of the silver flow and with the new MM I'm in no rush to get to 12/12. |

4 orkans, 4 tarans, 4 magnums, 4 pinatas, 1 fury, 3 tridents, 4 griffins and you're in there. Will be mostly silver that you'll need. Maybe a couple of aphids if that floats your boat.

The cost per hour of upgrade goes up significantly....so costs increase faster than time as you get closer to L12. example with tridents: to go to L11 it is 16m Ag and 3 days 11 hrs or 192k Ag/upgrade hour. to go to L12 it is 26m Ag and 4 days 18 hrs or 223k Ag/upgrade hour or a 16% increase in upgrade cost rate that is why some pilots (not saying you, of course) underestimate the silver needed to get to 12/12. You start swimming in gold when you get to l10 and the temptation is to use it to accelerate upgrades....don't, save it for the L11 to L12 upgrade acceleration. You have to increase your productivity on silver or play more to get the silver needed for L12....I know some who entered L9 with near 500M silver and who played a lot and still had to crank it up to keep constant upgrades going to get to L12. some of that also comes from the changing meta - ancilles became the latest toy so had to get one of those to l12....Zeus because of the ancilles. seems like a never ending upgrade quest. good luck! |

Upgrade cost rises from roughly 1mil a day when upgrading to level 7/8 to well over 5 mil a day when upgrading to level 12. Some robots a bit more, some much more (Galahad is 30mil for the last step of 4d 1h). |

Your math is a bit off, 60Au per day, but the goal is actually doable (quite easily also). The amount to get a top tier hangar is about 23k Au which you can earn in about 300 days no problem. Getting wsp is also doable for everything you need. In fact, with the new matchmaker it is actually easier to get a top tier hangar since you don't have to transition bots from silver tier to gold tier anymore. When I started 5 months ago with the old matchmaker you had to balance staying in silver tier and trying to buy/upgrade your gold/wsp bots in the background due to the matchmaker penalty. This forced me to field a hangar with 2 vityazes, 2 boas, and a golem. It was a hangar of good bots that had to be replaced and too many thunders for long term play. I lost upgrade time to them (the Ag cost below level 7 is negligible). With the new matchmaker you can field a decent number of top tier bots straight out the door. Current meta top tier is a plasmahad, ancilot, DB griffin, PDB griffin and either TT Fury or another splash based knife-fighter (could be a second DB griffin). Griffins are affordable right out the door. My current transition to top tier would be something like this: Buy Griffin and PDB set-up X2 Buy 4th slot (1k Au) Buy Griffin RDB set-up Buy 2 Orkans (2.4k Au) and Griffin DB set-up Buy Galahad (2.5k Au) and plasma set-up (replace griffin) Buy 5th slot (5k Au) Buy lancelot (5k Au) buy extra taran. Buy ancile (1.5k Au) Buy Fury (5k Au) replaced RDB Griffin. This should get you to a top tier capable hangar in the shortest amount of time. I'd only level past 6 two of the four griffins (to save time), but you could raise the other bots to keep the hangar going forward evenly. Even though a lot of purists would say buy the 5th slot first, since bots before slots is cannon for long term play, there is no point to do that. I did it and I've found you hang in perpetual upgrade mode for too long. Trying to upgrade 5 bots and their weapons simultaneously is painful. Moving a bot and weapons to 9 or 10 is a month long task and you can pace the upgrades using the list above. After the first 3 months or so, you'll have a strong 4slot 7-9 bot/weapon hangar that can perform quite well (right after Galahad purchase, but right before the 5th slot). After this you'll slowly accumulate gold for two big needed purchases (2.5 - 3 months each) for the 5th slot and then the lancelot. I would only level final top tier bots/weapons past 7 (i.e. try to resist the urge to upgrade the RDB griffin past 7). Upgrade light weapons first, then medium, then bots, then heavies. Once you hit 9-10 in bots/weapons you'll slow down (but you should also have your 5th slot and ancilot by then). You can run the RDB until you get the Fury or find a fifth knife fighter you like. Mi silver depot will always grow! If you're bringing in 5-6 million Ag per day, then Au should also not be a problem. It's already been shown that a complete TT hangar costs 23k Au or less (including 5 slots, premium bots and weapons). You get a bunch of that just getting to level 30, plus daily tasks plus an average of 1.17 Au/match (assuming you are completely average - 14 Au distributed between 12 players every match). And don't forget event gold - the snowflake event alone was worth an extra 80 Au or so per day for me. Au can only become the bottleneck if you use it to overcome the bottleneck of upgrade time, otherwise Ag will be the problem. And yes, if you are practicing the theory of constraints to maximize your upgrades then there will always be bottleneck pressure somewhere - that's inherent in the design of a free-to-play "grind" to motivate the alternative of spending real currency. I've been playing for less than 5 months and I'm already sitting on more Au and WSP than I plan to use for my target hangar (which is nice because that lets me play around with other options). I'm also pausing at level 8 to let all my upgrades catch up to each other (for more than just a 5 bot hangar) because having complete variety at level 8 costs much less than would taking a single hangar to level 9. |

I managed to build a 280mil cushion, so one robot is covered Also, in higher tiers the damage drops. Clubbers manage to do much more damage (and earn more silver) than players trying to scrape a living in the highest league they can manage. I'm currently running a low-damage hangar with 2 light robots, which enables me some wins and a bit of beacon gold, but my damage has dropped to under 300k. |

I am in around 9 months. Think I started July/August. Main hanger: Lvl 10 Galahad - Plasma lvl 9 Lvl 10 Lancelot - lvl 10 Ork/Thunder Lvl 9 Griffin x2 - all lvl 9 db & Plasma Rotate in 5th slot: Lvl 9 Rhino - Plasma (above) or rdb L10 Pins/L9 Tulus Lvl 8 Carnage - lvl 9 Tridents or lvl 9/6 Thunders Lvl 7 Leo - lvl 9 mags or lvl 9 aphids/Thunder or pins/Trident Have light tier & med tier leveled both to 4-5. Tier of Cossacks, Boas, Shuzte. Have a level 7 Trebuchet & Zeus 4 Aphids - 2 L9 & 2 L7 I experimented alot moving up, saw other hangers and wanted to try them out. I still try things out, just swapped my Orkans off my lance with my Plasma Griffin and put 2 Aphids on the Griffin. *Point is, it's still a game, if all you are trying to get is up to next level, you will be missing out on alot the game has to offer. The diversity of the game in both bots & weapons make it very satisfying to many people. If you become so single minded on a narrow path to a 12/12 hanger, you will have missed alot. And my route has currently left me with: $3800 Au - need a Fury in my 5th slot $36000 WS - need 1 Trident for Fury, rest  $320 million in Ag - still good for a while leveling as fast as I can. |

Why the hurry to upgrade your bots? Do you really think you'll now have an edge over players? Pfffbbbtttt.
You'll be placed with other players who also have upgraded their hangar like you. The competition will not be wow'ed by your gear when you go from 8/8 to 12/12. In fact you'll be playing much more experienced players who has played a long time waiting for their gear to upgrade.
Slow down, enjoy the climb. Grow with the rest of the players at your level. It's just as fun with lower leveled bots as it is with TT.

Last time I ran the nu,berserk, and I don't suggest doing this, btw, I needed 720 million silver, somewhere around 6/8 hangar at the time. |
