Based upon this, it is about 3x more difficult to get to level 50 than it was in the previous operations after accounting for getting "40% more OXP" in this one. Prizes are now worse than before as well.

Piggy have it's brain in the butts. If they want to make more money, they have to give good carrots. Maybe the 1st operation did not give them good profit margin?? By reducing the prizes and lengthening the operation, Piggy thinks it is giving a better bargain to paying players?? LOL...
I am not a spender either way, but why Piggy cannot get the marketing and sales strategy right.

This means the grind curve won’t be as extreme where you got half the rewards in the first week. I think that is a good thing. Till I know the OXP requirements of the higher levels I can’t judge how hard it will be. I’m guessing someone will still finish it in under 2 weeks though. |

It doesn't matter when you use them so long as your hangar power isn't changing much. If you think your hangar is really going to be better in a month from now, then yes, waiting would be a benefit as you'll get more Honor Points with the better hangar. I like to think of it in terms of honor points needed, that way I can just track the honor crate progress.
Before 2000hp -> 100oxp and the 40% buff now means 2000hp -> 140oxp which is a scaling of 14.2857. So, rounding up...
300 daily challenge oxp = 4286hp
lvl 1 400 = 5715hp, 51429hp total 1-9
lvl 10 700 = 10000hp, 100000hp 10-19
lvl 20 1000 = 14286hp, 142858hp 20-29
lvl 30 1300 = 18572hp, 185715hp 30-39
lvl 40 1750 = 24286hp, 242858hp, 40-49
722860hp to get to level 50 not counting oxp boosters or daily challenge bonus.
Assuming it keeps going up by 350oxp (but it’ll probably go up by 400 or more at some point) then...
50 2100 = 30000hp per level
60 2450 = 35000hp
70 2800 = 40000hp
80 3150 = 45000hp
90 3500 = 50000hp
And total for level 1-99 is 2,722,860 hp, level 1-79 is 1,772,860 hp.

Ok, I made it to level 50. Here's the info. I'll have a write-up over the weekend at some point.
Going to levels 2-10 = 400 OXP per level
11-20 = 700
21-30 = 1000
31-40 = 1300
41-50 = 1750
51-60 = 2300
61-70 = ?
71-80 = ?
81-90 = ?
91-100 = ?
So the grand total to get to level 60 is 74100 OXP. Since OXP accumulates "40% faster" in this event than the last one, this equates to about 53000 OXP in Gathering Storm or about 73 in that event. I intend to do a comparison showing the goodies you would get at level 60 in the current event vs. level 73 in the last event. Anyone want to stick their necks out and say we get less now? Anyone? Anyone?

People already getting to level 50 in 2 days (58 days to go) is making me feel much better that I’ll easily finish as I finished the previous Operations easily and was not in champs yet. I’m now in low champs making double the HP so with my normal play should easily get all the goodies (making $15 well worth it).

I’d like to throw in some more math....for me, in M3, maybe average 500 honor points per battle.....so, for 2.7 million honor points, I need 5,400 battles in 60 days, or average 90 battles per day. That is roughly 11.25 hours of battles per day.....This is without knowing for sure the continued progression of OXP needed per each set of 10 levels.
For top players in top clans, the average honorpoints is much higher....needless to say, all these events and goodies are geared towards keeping the players that spend, and play, the most happy.
The rest of us? Pix could care less....mostly due to the fact that no matter how much we complain and rage, we won’t quit en masse......

If that's true it would take a thousand games, and you'll probably want an honor booster the whole time. Is it 45 or 60 days? You can add the free OXP for every day... But basically at least 20 games every day. Not for me. I will play 20 games some days... But other times 5-10, maybe not at all. My HP on skirmish wasn't much more than 1k average and I play pretty hard. So figure that as an even worse method. Avoiding skirmish just because you need some points seems awfully silly. It's good for everybody to just play the game once in a while and try things they haven't! |

At 61 in old operations it was 2k. |

Level 1 - 70 ===> 104500 OXP W...T...F... !!!! Close to 1.5M honor points. If you’re in Champion you’ll get about 2.25 Champion crates in the process. Experts get almost 10 expert crates and Diamond leaguers over 15 diamond crates. (This is if you don’t have the pass) |

A bunch of people in Legend are in the 70s. Highest I saw was 78 with 55 days left. I was thinking it would take at least 2 weeks for someone to hit 100. Now my bet is under 10 days.
