Hello guys, So first of all, Lancelot is my favorite bot in the game, but I know he doesnt perform well enough for his price, wich is really expensive. A few days ago I fought against this guy as you see on the image, so what you guys think about this? Also, I have 6K AU now, should I go for a second Lancelot? I already have one with Ancile, 5th slot already before anyone ask, and ONLY 2 Orkans, so...... What to do?

I love my lance and constantly swap between plasma and orkans. Even if I had the AU I wouldnt get a second because the play is always so slow with a lance. Two lances in a hanger can be effective but I know that the way I like to play one is my limit, I like being in the battle far more than I like walking to it.
The question is one I cant answer, do you have enough fun with lance to field a second?

I have alot of fun playing with the one I currently have, but if I take out the Ancile he goes down like really fast. I have the same feeling about what you said, I'm afraid to buy a second one and have to walk like a minute to get back to battle.

Sorry. Always skim over stuff. I would get a Galahad first. One of the guys in my clan has 2, and he would never run more than 1 because of the speed issue.

I would get 2 Orkans first. If you got a second Lancelot, what will you put on it? Orkan/Thunder, my first Lancelot is equiped with Taran/Ancile. I would get the Orkans off my Griffin then place on the Lancelot once he is leveled enough. My Orkans are level 8/12.

No, you definitely need the 2 Orkans on a Griffin. Invaluable bot. Once you have the 2 Orkans, there will be 3600 AU left in your hangar. 1400 should take you about 20 days.

Right, I kinda knew that was the right move the moment you said for me to buy 2 more Orkans, I just cant stop to overestimate Lance lol. So I think I've come up with a conclusion on what should be my final hangar build.

Lancelot can be outplayed pretty easily without rush, they definetly should not cost 5K au.

I bought 2 and ran them both for a while. Now that 2nd lance sits my bench in favor of a dbg - the extra mobility in my hangar finally seemed more useful than the extra hp of the shield. If I had it to do over I would have probably gotten a second galahad instead.

I though about getting a second Gala after my first a month ago, but I'm glad I didnt do that lol.

Then I swich over to my DB Griff and when I saw the Leo again (He was still alive) I jumped on him and he was moving backwards in a straight line, fired my Orks and Pinatas, did not see my crosshair turning red, I was like "ARE YOU SERIOUS??" *Sigh* Maybe I'm just a bad Galahad player, or unlucky lol.

Now you pretty much have to have your legs ready to move backwards if you want to backpedal. Also try to keep over 200m range for backpedalling otherwise it just gets ugly

Been debating if one needs a tarancilot and a standard thunder/orkan lance to take out ancilots. Leaning towards yes

Count me among those who think more than one is too slow. Of the 11 pilots in the top 50 with a greater than 90% win rate 8 have one Lancilot in (usually an Ancilot). Two have more than one, one has none. "Typically" they will pair that with two Griffin (one each DB and Plasma), one Plasma Galahad and one range bot, most often a Fury. That's a probably a prototypical top hanger that's win focused currently. Those that run more Lance tend to be damage focused, and wins often suffer because of it...

I run as many as three PDB Galahad sometimes, but two is more common. They are very strong particularly against PDB Griffin, which is one of the most common top tier bots. I will sometimes still run a Rhino instead of a 2nd Lance, but in most cases a Griffin will be a better choice. It depends on your overall mix of speed, etc. What's your full lineup?

I cant seem to play against many PDB Griffins, 80% of the time they are DB's.

I cant seem to play against many PDB Griffins, 80% of the time they are DB's. Solid except for the Leo, I would swap it with a Plasma Griffin, Stuka or Galahad (I run all of those combos with the other bots you've got). Rhino will work too, but it's less recommended. I think of Master and Champion as Top. Quite often the strongest players migrate back towards Plasma as they improve. They'll lose head to head vs Orks, but with skill they can avoid, stay alive and take advantage of Plasma's higher DPM. I don't think it's a trend at upper mid levels where you're still encountering superior opponents, but once you're killing most of them you become limited by Orkan' lower DPM. The high win rate players above are using an average of 1.5 Orkan bots in their hanger, so evenly split between 1 and 2. Slightly lower caliber players tend to run more Orks...
