The way the MM works now it only makes sense for Pix to release top tier bots from now on. If it's only effective up to gold league then a lot of the most avid players will skip it.
They'd need to return some mode that allows us to play mediums and lights again to release a middling bot. I hope they do because I miss my Rog and Boas.

Daemon - by that calculation, the Boa is on par with the Galahad which obviously isn't true.
As it is, the test bot will render the likes of Fujin & Rog useless.

"Prototype Dash Mk2" This thing is... yeah, just OP. If it's released into the wild (live server) it will have to be for a premium currency, which so far has been only for one-armed bandit (slot machine) pulls. Given that Pixo has yet to bother releasing their under-powered and over-hyped Wild West Bunch for Au, I'm not holding my breath for anything. So by my numbers... (Light +1 Medium +2 Heavy +3)Dash2: Medium Frame +2 Dash +1 Ancile +1 Medium Hard Point (+2)*3[6] 12Carnage: Medium Frame +2 Rush +1 Ancile +1 Heavy Hard Point (+3)*2[6] 12It's not that over-powered... depends on how you use it. My problem is that it's an easy button, and on top of it only whales will be able to buy enough 'chances' to get one. Meet the new TMGepard, Medium version, ala Jesse and Doc. (no offense to those lucky few that got lucky)It's a hell of a lot faster and tougher than a carnage overall (base hp is comparable to heavies, speed is 5kph faster) and the dash is far superior for dodging (and at least as good for closing distance). Also, a fast delivery system for triple orks makes all the shield bots pretty obsolete (it's like a nastier DB griff). It's more OP than the prior dash (and that one was badly unbalanced). Keeping that speed but with the original 2 mediums, it becomes an interesting power runner/flanker. If they leave the 3 mediums on it, the shield has to go (still leaving it the 2nd best hp of any medium bot along with top overall speed and firepower). It would make the fujin, rog, griff and to some degree carnage pointless. The dash ability is a great idea and the bots look cool. They just need to carve it a proper niche instead of releasing a total unbalanced bot into the live ecosystem. That said, it's a test server and Pixonic tends to use the test server to spit ball new ideas in half-baked form all the time. I'm not too worried that this thing will suddenly show up as is. I think a dash bot of some sort will probably go live around late spring or summer and I wouldn't be surprised if it ended up being bit like the 「illegitimate child」 offspring of a boa and a rogatka - tough and agile with middling firepower.

I think it was good...Wasn't great. Wont make your hangar obsolete. You used it as a battering ram in open space. That things is actually an ambusher for close quarter combat where it can jump from cover to cover. Maybe it can be nailed in long maps (yay for my zeus fury), but good luck killing it in DC, PP and the platform part of Canyon where they have shields against blast damage and can dash from wall to wall to avoid energy weapons. Also think two of those rushing at spawn point in Shenzen rather than crossing the square with an "hit me" sign on top.

Pixonic hasn't done outright Pay-2-Win yet. I'll give the Devs the-benafit-of-the-doubt. Any mistakes I've seen so far seem to have been pretty honest. When I started gaming the machines took quarters...The best guys played a lot of quarters before they become the best. They had to pay to win... I am not sure where this logic holds that pay to win is somehow the red line that if crossed the sky rains hammers...As much as free to play is a necessary component, like test driving a car, at some point somebody gotta pay for a car. I am not challenging you on what you said, you are correct. I am simply musing about the Pay to Win ironica. I think the big difference in pay-to-win then and now is back then it still required lots of time to acquire the skills. Now days pay-to-win implies that the game is flawed in such a way that people can plunk down $100 or more and dominate everyone else by sheer force instead of investing lots of time to acquire skills.

The skills still need to be learned however. Putting someone in the best bot in the game doesn't mean they can actually pilot it worth a darn.

Played Dash MK II a ton along with Carnage, Fujin, Rog, Galahad, Patton, Rhino.
Verdict: OP
There is zero reason to run a Fujin or Rog. It has more health and speed than a Carnage and easily dodges rocket fire. Twice I 1v1 a Orkan Lancelot. It's easy to dash into a position to spin a Brit bot. It's perfect for a gun buff because it easily moves from the open to cover during reload time. On open maps with Molots, no single bot can close on it. The dash doesn't make you a huge target like the Griffins jump. It's simply the best medium bot.
Zeus on Carnage or Fury and to a lesser degree Gekko Patton was the only thing I found worked really well.
