So after Michael Bay completely destroyed any interest I might have for live action Transformers, I didn't even give Bumblebee a chance when it was in the theatres. Anyway, I just acquired it...don't ask and I won't tell...and watched a bit so far. Holy smokes, it's is damn good! The opening sequence is basically right out of the War for Cybertron games, the bot designs are more game/cartoon oriented than the mess that Bay put out. I LIKE transformers with jet wings on them! Anyway, have only watched a bit so far and from what I read on Wikipedia, it's more of a reboot than a prequel - which was what I'd assumed it was. I'm REALLY stoked to be watching this now!
