Has anyone faced this issue where randomly your device's screen brightness fades as if its about to lock or go to sleep? It happens only when playing War Robots and i have checked all settings regarding screen brightness etc thinking is that my phone assumes its idle when im actually playing War Robots and in doing so goes into power saving mode.... Any ideas Huawei p20Lite

I use a Samsung Galaxy Tab S2. The way I hold the device while playing War Robots sometimes has my finger slide over the camera. The device senses this and darkens the screen.
Here's another thing that drove me nuts for about a month: Every so often my bot would randomly fire weapons or turn to the right. Eventually I noticed the wire from my ear buds brushing the screen.

Happens occasionally on my iPhone 8’s+. The phone overheats and the screen dims. If I quit the game and restart the phone the problem goes away. It’s very intermittent so not really an annoyance. I think the processor is getting overworked. Turning the phone off and back on usually fixes the problem.

I'm not Android, but it could be a battery saver feature.

Happens sometimes on my Huawei P20 Pro. I just figured it was the auto brightness kicking in.

I have an iPad and I have the same, it is only on War Robots though, I don’t have it on other apps.

Do you have "Auto-Brightness" on?

I thought to share what fixed my issue . I eventually got rid of the issue by disabling the auto-brightness feature.
