Are you finished? Just for that you can't have a prolot on yer Cossack! the zues does 14891 per shot at max, at 600 m. for a comparsion, trident does...5524. the zues does a ton of damage for midrange, and has a 5 sec reload time. how do you want more damage?!?!?! Ah my beautiful blue eyed friend, I want to see maps destroyed and burning, nuclear mushrooms (again). Lol. I just want that whole Zeus graphics/program issue fixed so it reflects the correct damage.

Trident has splash so you can just aim close to a robot hiding in cover. Also physical shields have more HP than anciles, and Zeus is blocked by physical shield. Zeus acquires targets rather slow. I find both pretty well balanced, as it is a matter of personal preference to many players which of them they choose.

Zeus needs constant line of sight, while Trident allows you to take cover between shots. I think you need constant line of sight for Tridents to work too.

You really don't need cover at 600m or when there is a 5 second reload.

yeah, ive been on the recieving end of trebs before. Alot. I'm usually the first one to actually get going on the larger maps, as i know the large journey ahead aint something to be dully dallying around about, meaning I'm unfortunately also the one to get shot first by snipers, however the only time I have had a problem with them is as i said if they are 2+ levels above your bot. Ask Strayed what he thinks of trebs, or just snipers in general . So what if 3 lvl 10 trebs can take out your lvl 8 Galahads shield, thats gunna take a full minute, and no sniper in their right mind is going to try and take out a galahad, they'd much rather find someone to hide behind that can actually kill you efficiently than waste a full minute taking out just your shield. I have a treb fury, and I only bring it out when my hatred for stalkers and Carnages reaches its absolute peak. Not because its OP, but because the bot is very situational, and is only effective if you know you have a very solid team behind you. I went a step closer to the dark side, by running a Nashorn Treb Fury (I have only one Treb which was a snowflake win) for two battles yesterday Performed surprisingly well, even though all weapons were low level. But I'm not making it permanent But yeah, in a squad you have a better chance to take out snipers. Solo play - with a Galahad, the problem is that you have to get close, even on Dead City the reds will protect a sniper protecting the left beacon. You have to keep your shield up because of the Trebs and can't outrun missiles anymore. The whole Triple Treb Fury (TT Fury ) issue is that it hurts more if you play carefully, picking your battles and using cover, but the Trebs will get you if you jump out of cover just for a moment. And they are cropping up everywhere in my silver league matchups...

I don't understand, isn't it possible for the zeus carnage to find cover while reloading too? Sure it is. But the 5 second period is too short, you can't hide, change direction and return to open field within 5 seconds. You can try to use cover to sync with enemy fire, especially against Trebs - wait till it fires, jump out of cover, get off 2 shots and get back into cover. But that requires a lot of patience, and is a luxury you can't afford if you're behind in beacons. And the lock problem, I don't know about you, but I am often in situations where I have to check positions of other robots, and often the only way to do this is to break the lock.
