Do you squad or go solo? Play in a squad with 4 or more members with one ranked a champ so you can experience these squads. Solo. And I have plenty of experience with S level squads. If you choose to squad then you're going to go up against other squads more often. My clan only has a few active Champions League players so it's not an issue so much.

There comes a point in Champions League where your clan hits a critical mass, and you have enough players with enough lvl 12 weps that can compete with all but the high lvl A/S squads. This happened to us about 2 months ago, and we’ve gone from low D to high C pretty fast since.
RoBo is now a CCC clan and squads together at least 2 hours+ every night but we get spawn-effd by S and A and some B/C clans too. But we also get matched w randoms from low Champions League/Masters that we club like baby seals. Most importantly There are still plenty of clans we give as good as we get.
I suspect there are those who see us as a “death squad” clan as we nearly always win against them, but believe me we get our fair share of death squads doin it to us too.
Unless you have 4 guys with full mk2 weps/ bots and excellent pilot skills, you’ll get spanked by the clans that do every time.
It’s ultimately pix fault that this happens via MM. They want you to spend $$$ on this game, and getting pissed at stronger bots/squads makes many spend that $$$.
It’s not going to change. So your options are you leave the game, tank and stay in Exp league and never see champs, bail if you see a squad you feel you can’t compete against, or play through the death ballers, collect the silver, and build your hangars so you can compete with stronger and stronger clans over time.

To me death squad has a very specific meaning. To me death squads are clans with 8,500 cups or more, usually 10,000+ with all mk2 meta gear and running last stand and battle born mods with boosters. They play in a very specific way with how they capture beacons and deploy their bots. Once they have your home beacon you have no chance. With the maxed out Last Stand/Bb mods you can’t damage them. You spawn, you are rooted. Then you are dead! All the while you are shooting at multiple reds and none of them take damage. That’s the definition of death squad to me and I see the same 3-4 clans over and over again every night.
