Hit the Home button and navigate like you would normally to update all APs. I had a similar problem.

There is nothing so Epic as being pressed into a knight-fight against a Plasma Leo with a Taran Fujin. To have him sit at a zero health bar for the better part of magazine only to watch your own slide ever downward. Close with a disappointing explosive eject while somewhere someone is having a über happy moment.
