. When I first found this game I was playing it on my iPhone. A few days later I started it on my iPad. What I wound up with is 2 different accounts. Now I'm wondering if those 2 can be combined into 1 so that I can play the same character when I switch my iOS devices ? .

Combined? No, but you should have access to whatever account you want to go forward with on both devices. A dirty iOS user should be along shortly to tell you how to do it.

Are either of your accounts connected to your Game Center? It sounds that one or both are not. Do NOT connect until you answer me here first. Otherwise you might lose an account that you wanted to keep.

I tried, thought I was doing it right and poof, my old account and about $200 in real money bots and upgrades disappeared.

Actually, if you remembered your Pilot ID, you could have emailed Pix and gotten it back.

Nope. Shoulda, coulda, woulda, wrote it down somewhere. Although I might still be able to get some of my money back from Google to reinvest in my current hanger...maybe.

I dug a little deeper and found out that Apple had killed off the Game Center about 7 months ago. So at this point I guess neither of my accounts are connected to it ?!? By the way, thanks for your help ...... .

It's still an option in the War Robots app for that reason. Step 1: Pick the account you wanna play on and keep. Step 2: Go to GC on that device and make sure you're logged in. Step 3: Go to the War Robots game on the device with the account you wanna use and log in via the War Robots game. Step 4: Go to your second device and log into the SAME GC account. Step 5: Go to the War Robots app on the 2nd device and log into GC as well. It SHOULD prompt you and ask if you want to sync your data If at any point you think it's going a little bit wrong, stop immediately and dont proceed further and post some screenshots here

I tried, thought I was doing it right and poof, my old account and about $200 in real money bots and upgrades disappeared. . Nocluevok, I forgot to update you on this. Even though I was able to merge my 2 accounts (iPhone & iPad) into 1 account for both devices, I lost all my iPhone points, bots, gold, etc.. However, I kept all of my iPad goodies. I thought maybe Pixonics could retrieve my goodies from the defunct iPphone account and add them to the iPad account so I sent them an e-mail explaining what I had done. They sent back a hopeful reply asking for all sorts of various info that I luckily had saved and was able to send back to them. A few days went by and this is a partial reply from Pix : "Unfortunately, it is not possible to merge multiple profiles into one but we can restore the profile you lost. To do that we will need you to create a new Game Center account (Apple ID). " They did include somewhat scary (to me anyway) instructions to restore the lost profile but that doesn't help me (besides, with my luck I'd probably dump my iPad profile and have to start everything over). The reason I did the account merge in the first place was to have just the one profile to play on both iOS devices. Oh well, probably a cheap lesson to teach an old fart like me how to be a little more vigilant in setting things up in the first place. To Pixonic's credit they did take the time to try and help me out. ...... .

The only positive is my new account is set up and sync's on my phone and tablet.
