I just reported him for this exact post minutes ago. said the same thing in my report. He's always trolling threads, personally attacking OPs and forum members, always flaming threads, always gets reported, and nothing happens. The mods definately aren't doing their job in his case, because If they were, from all the reports so many people made about him months and months ago, he would have had a warning bar, and that warning bar would be long maxed out 400% at least as many times as he's harassed and broken the forum rules and been reported for It.  He mostly likely gets away with It because he's in the clan [KillerOfMachines] which 2 mods are in the same clan. And they're all "buddies" with eachother and get special treatment. The way It probably happens, a few times a month, the mods get several reports on him all at once and one of them sends him a message never a formal warning, telling him too many people are complaining and he needs to tone It down, he waits for the heat to die down, then a week later does It again, over and over. Rinse and repeat. If the mods were doing their job, he would definately be banned because his warning meter would have filled up by now, a long time ago actually. I'm getting used to the slower nature of progression on BoT. Both in combat, and using the market. I've only one T2 bot at present.
Still learning the maps as well. I Just found a nice counter to those bots perched on top of the arch in Syria (which is actually a favorite spot of mine too).

Later This forum has gone downhill because Pix doesn’t listen to constructive criticism and this forum will. I find it annoying also but there are still plenty of informative topics and members on this forum who are helpful. |

After loading it up and giving the much touted BoT a try all I walked away with is that it's MM is actually worse than WRs. After two years of beta and only having to serve up a single mode their matches are 「fluffernutter」ing horrid.

1)Loganspawn does have a legitimate point
2)How it was approached was rash
3)BoT I assume will scale graphics according to device. Some users don't see snowflakee on snow level
3)MM isn't great, the game just went global. Give it some time. Also a bunch of top players are running T1 gear to give new users a better battle

I had no problem dropping 20 on the Mite robot just now. Playing this game fills me with relentless optimism about it, not existenstial dread like War Robots does. Upgrades are easy, money flow is great, and progression is also good. I've been busy experimenting with weapons before I start upgrading, and I'm very impressed with the ability of stock weapons and bots to stand up to heavier bots.

SeanH’s warning was for something a LONG time ago and actually should have been rescinded as is custom after 1 month of good behaviour. 2. We do not give folks preferential treatment as I have even banned folks who were in my clan before. 3. Benefit of the doubt comes with having a decent track record in this forum and does allow some leeway with how we dish out rulings. We are obviously going to be more willing to give someone a chance if they have been a good member of the forum as opposed to someone always looking for a fight or trying to win an argument. 4. Finally, moving the thread to Off-topic was the correct decision from an objective standpoint and has nothing to do with being a competing game. You could start a Candy Crush or SWGOH bread and we would move it to Off-topic. There is even a section there for other games. So what’s the issue? |
