The iOS version says 429 MB. WHat are you getting that we aren’t? Lol That's really bizarre. And you weren't doing an update? You were doing a first install? I could see them being a little different but not over double the file size. This screenshot isn't the full file download since it's in multiple folders. But it's the main app which says it's 0.92Gb.

just played my first game. it definitely feels different mechanics than War Robots. Targeting is manual in horizontal and vertical directions, and hard to aim, but most definitely lots of fun to play.

I hope this helps everyone. Plz also explore some other threads there to better understand BoT, especially piloting tactics. In order for the MM there to fully function, it needs enough players to populate the app. I want to let people know that a large number of BoT veterans with top tier gear have agreed to put a bunch of T1 equipment in their hangars to make for a more fair fight until people get going more with their upgrades. Main thing - remember to try and not over expose your Titans to enemy fire, in particular, be aware that Sting homing missle flight path is 400m, so if you see Stings, usually loaded on the small and medium spiders Mite & Nelly, either move outside 350-400m, and after they fire, close quickly. If you just stay in the kill zone, you will die, and it is nobodies fault but yours, ya nincompoop. war-robots-forum.freeforums.net/thread/28796/concise-intro-battle-titans

...a large number of BoT veterans with top tier gear have agreed to put a bunch of T1 equipment in their hangars to make for a more fair fight until people get going more with their upgrades. They don’t group players based on rank or hangar strength? I mean wouldn’t T3 veterans have continued playing each other and new players battle other new players? Having experienced players with low level gear battling newbies doesn’t really level the playing field. Under the old War Robots MM I’d equip some low level Punisher Cossacks and dominate because I was one of the few that knew what they were doing.

Nothing will ever be perfect unfortunately, but that is the temporary solution. I have given elaborate feedback regarding an augmentable equipment mm in relation to trophy tiers, but the answer was a definitive “nope”. To my knowledge the current BoT MM is trophy based, so unless a situation is effected by people in squad together, someone with 1300 cups for example, should not be facing people with trophies lower than 1300 (I need to get clarification on how it is in the update). Regardless if it is like this, sometimes teamwork is so poor that you’ll get a string of losses that drop you below that 1300 threshold, and there you are with your T3 gear facing people who may have some but not as much. Nevertheless, you make the valid point that it is the quality of piloting that will be a large determining factor in the outcomes of a skirmish. Many vets have not only agreed to use lower gear temporarily, but have also discussed being less aggressive u til people get their bearings. We want people to enjoy themselves, so we’re trying with what we have to work with to help that happen

My team got obliterated on my first game - so extensively I didn’t even have the chance to figure the game out. (Everyone on my team had default names - everyone on the other team had custom names.)

BoT is so much better and intricate, it makes War Robots look like a game for noobs that can’t aim.

I’m sorry to hear of this, and I have sent out and resent out the memo in Rude clan and to some other people. I respect your circumstances, and while there is some learning curve to get good and last longer, there’s no excuse for people with higher gear curb stomping anyone while the mm is incomplete. The reality is that every matchwont be like that. I’m playing my son’s second account with all T1 stuff, most of it bot even upgraded, and only encountered a situation like you describe once in 20 matches. Please persevere, and I will try to continue appealing to veterans about this matter.

I checked it out on iOS today. I was impressed. BoT is definitely a labor of love by Red Button.
Is it better than War Robots? Not yet. There's little things here and there which still need addressed.
But, you can bet your RDB Griffin I'll be playing BoT tonight.
