I ran my first Spectre today. It was underlevelled but I figured I could at least learn how to pilot it.
Holy crap! The bot was only level 2 and the Orkans level 5 and I still got a Wrampage.
What's it going to be capable of once I level it up?
I'm approaching this as someone who never had a Spectre. My only complaint is the walking speed seemed very slow but it's only level 2.

I have 2 accounts; one in Champ and other in Diamond. My diamond hangar is ill-equipped to handle a spectre unless it's low health or the opponent is a newb and he jumps first against my inquisitor. Beyond diamond it's no longer OP since everyone's running fast/stealth bot. It's actually a fast bot once you level up but HP is low.

The recent nerf only changed the Spectre from "over powered" to "very powerful".
A Storm Spectre definitely could have used the extra few seconds of stealth and the extra speed, but nearly every other build still works amazing.
Pixonic could remove the stealth from Spectre and it would still be a very good bot, lol.

Orcan Spectres got hit the hardest and on certain close range maps they are still way over powered. Since they have stealth and 4 medium weapons they will continue to be very powerful. Shocktrains got a little nerf, but leveled 4 Shocktrains can still tear up the battlefield.

Other than the slight nerf in speed. I haven't really noticed a significant change in playing a mid range Tulu Spectre. I do have to play it smarter though, hitting the jump just before fully dumping a salvo (when in range of reds) and taking care to land in cover more often than not. IMHO the 2 seconds after landing is just added security. Also often aborting a full salvo to jump when red weapons are fully facing my way.

I agree the Storm Spectre took a hit....that was the one build I was working on because I used Orkans on other builds. 2 second stealth isn't enough time in my opinion for Spectre?Storm so I've shelved him for now. Having fun playing my Hover/Scourge/Spark now. Lasts a lot longer for me.

Orkan Spectres (mobile-yet-survivable rocket robots in general) are still - by far - dominating the tables in every match I play (Gold II).
Spectres are still OP because they do not need 4 medium weapon hardpoints (firepower) given its manoeuvrability, Jump and Stealth capabilities.
In my opinion it needs to be 4 light hardpoints with another minor HP reduction, or have both its Stealth removed along with having a moderate reduction in HP.
Compare it to the Rogatka: Spectre should be a slower version of that with having either additional firepower (4 x Light / 2 x Light with 2 x Medium) or Stealth Jump as compensation. . . not both.
