On its face, this looks like an overall nerf to haechi, specter, bulgesari, hover and griffin.
Looks like a buff to stalker, pursuer, inquisitor, lance, butch, hellburner, mercury, bulwark, falcon, weyland and raven.
On the weapons side, kang dae, gekko, molot, noricum, nashorn, zenit, trebuchet, tempest, ballista and flux get buffed.
Storm, aphid, pinata, gust, thunder, orkan, scourge, ember, redeemer, dragoon, shocktrain, vortex, thermite, spark, exodus, avenger, pulsar and shredder all get nerfs.
It will be interesting to see tomorrow how this affects gameplay.
To me, the big winners look like all of the the long rangers on the weapons side. Pretty much all of them, including the absolutely brutal flux get buffed while the short rangers plus OP mid-range weapons (minus tulumbas) get nerfs. On the bot side, bulwark, falcon, raven and inquisitor look like stronger meta bots. Rhino could make a comeback with high resistance to explosives.
Interesting to note that, with the exception of weyland, most of the bots that will get buffed usually run weapons that will get nerfed.
