Need to fill in my 5th slot, I have reached 2500 Gold... Do I carry on saving and get a Fury or get the Galahad.
My current heavy hanger is Rhino, Lancelot, Griffin , Natasha... maybe looking at the Fury to replace Natasha (Trident x 2, CRV x 2)
or keep Natasha as it does quite an effective job or go for the all rounder Galahad

Currently what is your 5th slot bot? And do you have weapons for the Fury?
Currently I am also farming for my Fury, already have 2x Tridents leveled to lvl8, getting 3rd tridents soon. And recently just bought Natasha to try out Tridents CRV Pins. Its fun at times, but sometimes it dies too early. Switched out for the Carnage Tridents instead, much better survability, and I can cap beacons with it too. Few games I have survived with only Carnage Tridents.

Got two Tridents at lv 8 already.
5th Slot is Patton...
Im kinda stuck... Got a Carnage, which I am thinking of putting Protolots on and using instead of Natasah/Fury as it has got more manoeuvrable plus the ancile will offer some level of protection when fighting from 800m and which will allow me to go ahead with a Galahad

I have seen people using it really well, even gotten 1.1m damage on that single bot! Then your 5th slot you can go for Galahad first (provided you have the weapons too). Galahad is a great all-rounder bot. |

Galahad. You will get more from it overall... IMHO. I agree that the Carn Trident can work so you have a decent sub... so can the 'Tasha with CRVs and Tridents... And yes the Fury is better... but as with most ranged bots, you typically don't want to stay in it too long. The Galahad can be used for so many roles... I would definitely choose it.

Triple trident fury 5th slot hands down for obvious reasons. You need at least 1 good long range bot and fury is the best at that.

I have only had a Galahad for a couple of weeks, I really like it, and when I have some surplus, just might buy another.

i have 4 Galahad  and a fury with 3 tridents. you can get a carnage and put the tridents, get the galahad and run in all plasma, thou magnum/orkan works well on me  |

what about 2x EE Aphids /1 x Es.g Taran on Galahad? I imagine it works well... I have been running one with 2x Aphids and an Orc and it is a nasty surprise for the Reds when they round the corner to come after that aphid throwing bot and step into a wall of Orc missiles. However, I just put that Orc and a recently upgraded Orc on my Lance and put one of the Tarans on that Gala, so will be trying that build out, myself, soon. I already run another Gala setup for Plasma so I don't know if I will keep it this way or not... depends on the results. |

Update***
After running the Tar/Aph/Aph load-out on the Gala, I like it better than the Ork/Aph/Aph. It is very versatile. Can fire directly with the Tar, or from cover with the Aphids. Is better for a direct firefight than the Ork is... which is better for flanking and ambushing... IMO. So far it is a fun load-out.

But i have made a lot of gold so will be saving up towards a fury, and then galahad as 2500 gold can be easily reached.
Got Tridents ready and waiting.

If you haven't tried tridents on your carnage you are missing out! It's long been my favorite build (followed closely by the pulse Galahad).
Becomes almost unfair for the other team on Shentzen, Springfield, and Yama.
Also, you learn to almost knife fight with it when the other team gets frustrated and sends several bots to rush you. That becomes an art of circling obstacles and shooting splash at them as the try to get you (back pedaling to extend range as they charge also frustrates opponents).

Looks likes like my gold Hanger is complete just need to upgrade weps and robots to max
So my line up...
Galahad - Beacon Capper & All Round Soldier - Plasma
Carnage - Beacon Capper & Mid to Long range - Trident but I am looking to change to Protolots when they are out
Rhino - Beacon Capper & Close Combat - DB
Lancelot - Beacon Capper & Close Combat - Plasma Thunder
Griffin - Beacon Capper & Mid Range - RDB
I have a rule, no two robots of the same, I think this gives me a good hanger, would like Fury but I prefer mobility

Nice hangar!
My two favorite bots are the Galahad and Carnage with your same setups.
I like the Galahad so much that I want two more: 1 plasma to replace my PDB Griffin and 1 Death Button to replace my Rhino DB.
I know you have the no same bots rule, but wait till you see how versatile the Galahad is. I take on (head on) and kill 2-3 bots at the same time on a regular basis with my Gala.

In fact I'd be surprised if you didn't consider a 2nd galahad after a bit of experience with the first one. Fury is great but not at the expense of a superior bot for half the price. |

Agreed... excellent choice... although, as a dual Gala runner, and sometimes dual Griffs, I think you should consider making that rule... if not broken, at least bendable. There are times when it just makes sense to have more than one flavor of a good bot.

I didn't complain about the pumpkins, but yesterday my one last "spin" was either going to land on a Fury or Galahad, I was so excited since I don't have a Fury and wanted a second Galahad. The screen glitched and scrambled as the spin came to a stop and all the sudden it showed a measly 5,000 Ag. Went from being what would have been my best prize to tying for the worst.  I was so disappointed, I instantly bought a second Galahad. Retail therapy. |

i'm thinkin about galahad on top tier, using this hangar:
Lv10 Rhino with Pinata 12/12 + Orkans 11/10
Lv9 Rhino with Aphids 10/10 + Tarans 11/9
Lv10 Griffin with Pins 12/12 + Tulus 11/10
Lv9 Fury with Tridents 12/10/10
Lv6 Lancelot with Orkans 11/10 + Thunder 10
Maybe change the aphid/taran rhino in favour of Galahad (lv4)
How much can i raise galahad level for this tier? is that useful to use in there? (trident furies can shot me at the first shot, according to Galahad low hp)

My Galahad is lvl 11 w 12 Taran and 11 mags. Bringing a second up to same level with 11 Aphids. Since ur planning/playing top, bring it up as high as u can.
You also probably want ur Lance at least nine for max speed.
