Beyond instituting some form of matchmaking that has some actual balancing algorithms of course, would be to make the "royale" whatever an actual game of chance instead of the most roundabout way to extract $ from players I have ever seen in a phone game (I'll admit I don't play too many) You could even leave the ridiculous "payment" process in place, just allow the game to be truly random instead of the obvious chicanery of acting as if you are choosing a random card when it is patently obvious it is pre-determined 99% of the time, you'd have way more customers happy they won a cool robot and ready to cough up some coin for an upgrade or two instead of a kind of ticked customer who feels a little hoodwinked when he realizes (not for the first time) he's rolled away 200k and STILL didn't hit the 50% components card for anything worth paying for. But that's just my opinion, I could be wrong.

Only thing War Robots wants to improve is revenue. Anything they do has to directly increase or bring new sales.
Consider bugs, for example. Nobody is going to pay money to have a bug fix, so unless a bug directly hurts sales, so that fixing it would immediately make people spend more, it's not going to get fixed.
How would stopping the gambling scams immediately increase revenue, especially in a situation where old players are leaving and revenue comes from new players fooled by the scams? There's no way.
What you are proposing is nonsense to Pix.

Have you paid more than $5000 into this game?
No, then be quiet!

No, then be quiet! Have you? If so, then seek help!

Often in companies, the research and development departments are entirely than the sales department. If you have encountered a bug, submit it with a video and a lengthy description of the bug. Works better than venting complaints on a forum that has little to no influence in development of the game.
