Hi Forum members, It's that time again! I need help progressing to the next phase of my game! I'm currently running an 7/8 hangar and am working my way up to Top Tier. I see TT bots about 50% of the time, and can hold my own (bottom 3 on winners or top 3 on losers) most of the time. But I do need help to get to the next level. What you see in the picture is my standard run Hangar. I have a couple of spare items (2 lv. 7 Tridents, lv. 5 Patton, bunch of Boas), but not a lot. I also have 1500 Au and 15K WSP. I'm looking for a hangar that can not only hang in TT, but also gives me some decent speed and knife-fighting ability. I like close range, but I don't mind mid range (not a fan of long range). I'd also like hangar tips on how to efficiently capitalize on my Au purchases by getting great bang for the buck. (As an example, a TT Trident Fury is a better purchase than a TT Orkan/Ancile Lancelot as it only costs 5k Au for the Fury but it costs 8900 Au for the Lancelot loadout). Any suggestions and help is appreciated! Dejnov

In the short term (2 months), I'd buy no Au items until you see the new bots, weapons, and map that will roll out in the Spring. I'd also try to preserve your WSP fir the same reason.
During that time, I'd maximize what you current have.
Of your current hangar, only the Leo is standing out as a candidate for review. The rest of your hangar you can upgrade all the way to 12/12 levels.
What do you use that Leo for? Is the Punisher used for Ancile ablation prior to you firing the Thunder and Piñata? If that is so then I'd simply stick with it and upgrade the Leo to 10 (that's easy and not a drain on silver) and the weapons to level 11. If the Punisher is not for handling energy shields then I'd replace it with another Piñata.
As far as bang for the buck and priority of upgrades, just leaves equally the weapons first and then the bots to level 11. Once you are at all level 11 on everything, you'll have some serious choices, as it takes around 250-350M silver to get a hangar from level 11 to level 12. Getting to level 11 from where you are now will take at least a month and you can make choices then on what new stuff to buy. I was on all level 11s for months as I have 8 bots that I rotate usage in top tier and right now I have on 3 of them at level 12s.
From all level 11s, the upgrade priority for me was - Shield Bots (cause this upgrade boost the bot HP and its shield's HP - a double upgrade), Thunders or Tarans (whichever you use most trumps the fact that the Thunder upgrade gets you more), Orkans, Mags, Aphids or Pinatas (whichever you value more in battle gives first), and the rest I have not gotten to yet.

That's a good one Upgrading a single Thunder from level 7 to level 11 takes 236 hours, or 10 days. So it takes a full month to upgrade only that Thunder Carnage to 11/11.

I've been playing for a year and I have 7 bots, 3 of which are fully lv10, the other 4 are lv10 with lv9 weapons. The last bot I finished to lv10 (natasha) cost about 40M. So even if I played ten days a month and made a few million each day that's still just enough to do one bot a month. The price goes up even higher for 11 and 12... a bot will cost 100M at lv12.
Some of these old timers will forget that the silver meta changed a long time ago (before I joined), but people used to have billions

Honestly, the Leo is a placeholder to upgrade Pinatas =) and you're spot on the Punisher to remove Anciles... more than once I've unloaded on an Ancile bot and done nearly no damage because of their Ancile... with the Punisher, I give up one Pinata, but everything else counts. I'm happy with the others but I'm thinking of can you run a two mid-range/3 knife fighter hangar or should I go for my standard 4 knife fighter/ 1 mid-range Hangar I sport now. 1st choice: 1 Plasmahad (have) 1 Dual Thunder Carnage (have) 1 Aphid/Ork 'Stuka' Griffin (have) 1 RDB Griffin 1 Dual Trident Carnage/Fury (have the Tridents, can buy the Carnage, will work for Fury) Total cost: 13k WSP and 5000 Au This will allow me to maximize my current hangar and allow me to raise to top tier. 2nd choice: 1 Plasmahad (have) 1 Aphid/Ork 'Stuka Griffin (have) 1 DB Griffin (buy 2 more Orkans) 1 RDB Griffin 1 Dual Thunder OR Trident Carnage (have) Total cost: 2400 Au with the ability to go 4 knife/1 mid or 3 knife/2mid. Thoughts? Dejnov

Thoughts? Dejnov I'm not for 2 mid-rangers in a hangar, as this will hold back your average damage. I have an RDB, but I use no mid-range setups now. My hangar are all knifers and I use my 2 Plasmahad and 1 Thunder Carnage as my power runners deep into red territory. I'd recommend the 4 knifer, 1 mid-range hangar. I dropped my mid-rangers when Ancilots started to become common and I use fellow blue Ancilots to get across to red territory while adding either my shields to theirs or adding my firepower to theirs --- a win/win situation and my ticket to kill Trident Furies without using mid/long range setups myself. Keep in mind that I regularly assualted TT Furies without an escort prior to Ancilots, it's just easier now with them. If I had to use just 1 mid-ranger, it would be the quad Tulumbas Doc --- this setup is also a quasi knifer, close support, power runner, beacon grabber ---- amazing utility in one setup.

I don't have a Tulumbas Doc and I'm not sure when I can get one... how's this for a Hangar: 1 Plasmahad 1 Stuka Griff (ork/aphids) 1 DB Griff (ork/pins) 1 Thunder Carnage 1 Trident Carnage I'd just have to buy the two orkans and another carnage. How's that? Dejnov.
