Looking for an high level android clan with discord.

I have been searching for a clan for a long time now and have come up naught.  There are basically 2 types of clans.  Awesome ones that use voice coms, are full of great people who work out strategies together and play the game really well, sadly, these clans are mostly full of people who play in lower leagues than I do and have weaker hangars, squading with me pulls them into battles with high level hangars and we get smashed.

The other types of clans the the notorious clans full of high level players and high level gear.  These clans tend to use almost zero strategy, they just charge in, if they have the strongest hangars, they win, if they don't, they lose.  The tend to advertise using voice comms but never do and the people aren't really fun to hang out with anyway.

Here is what I am looking for, if I can't find it, then it might be time I had a crack at making it but would MUCH prefer to join an already active clan.

My requirements for a clan
- Android
- Uses discord and I mean ACTUALLY uses it, not just a deserted channell
- People play in squads and have high activity meaning it's easy to find people to play with
- High level hangars that can compete with the big boys (I'm not talking full on mk2, just decent, competitive hangars)
- Play with patience, brains and strategy
- Cool and laid back would be a MASSIVE bonus.
