Can someone clear something up for me on the time? These people are that are being denied because it's said they signed up after 15:00 UTC May 2nd
Well that's 7pm my time.. and those profiles said they was made before that.. what time does the board operate on? Is it showing their creation time in my time, or something else?.. if it's operating on UTC then anything before 3pm may 2nd should be ok.. but people such as bluechocobo

EDIT: I just hovered over the time in the profile and it says it's giving me -4hr eastern.. so if the cut off is 15:00 UTC.. anyone under 7pm on may 2nd should be good.. what Am I missing here?
EDIT 2: I R Stupid was doing -4 hours not +4 hours I should have been doing to convert to local time.

Although ill get my giveaway rewards i think if there is a giveaway held every one should have a chance to take part like one on fb. Just beacause some guy have account here doesnt mean he is contributing. You can find many inactive acc who will participate in giveaway and how are they different from the one who well just made acc to get those goodies. One of the few more reasons which implies that pix dont want everyone to get it assuming that it was pix who set such rules. Either way thnx for the tokens . Hopefully next time everyone would have chance (i mean new guys too who just made acc).

Nobody asked to join forum because of giveaway. It is just a bonus as appreciation to the forum community. Its somehow someone share it in Discord or FB, and it attracts new comer to join. Unfortunately the T&C is clear that this is only eligible for existing members. New members that join forum because of that "share post", will only entitle to join future giveaway. And someone claim that he is old forum reader, only lurking all this while and decide to create an account? this is another lie. If you have been lurking for some time, for sure you've read many previous giveaway before and you should already have own account by now. I hoped u should check again the facts the first time the giveaway being announced, there is NO T&C stated clearly about the cut out time. T&C only appear in the middle of giveaway time after so many people suddenly join the forum n Pix got panicked. If the people doing their jobs profesionally...this giveaway occasion should be a happy occasion. Dude, everyone here is doing things as professionally as possible. We aren’t Pix, we’re just volunteers moderating a forum. The only unprofessional thing going on here is people having a problem with Pix changing things and blaming us for it. I had plenty of time to fill in the form but I had to do it using my old phone and it took me that long to figure out how to get a link to my profile, I probably posted it past the time limit. My point is that if you're a long time member WHY was there such a short time limit in the first place?  |

Well, that makes it unfair to those that made an account yesterday and signed up for it. Been playing war robots since the beginning and didn't know that there was a forum til yesterday when discord posted this contest. It is quite unfair to set a certain restriction to those that really need the 100k tokens. I ask that you reconsider the May 2 15:00 UTC ruling because of some players trying to take advantage of the offer ruin it for all of us. Translation: ’Why can’t you organise things according to my personal advantage???’ If you want something, how about working towards it like the rest of our forumites? |
