Hello, Do you have a valid email other than wwr_support@pixonic.com and wwr_support@pixonic.ru to contact Pixonic Technical Support because I have a "VIP Premium" Account problem? I have already sent a message to these two email addresses on Friday 06 April. To date I have only received a message from their communication robot. So I do not know if my original message was read. What problem are you having? If it that you are not getting silver payouts, it's probably because you are in Leavers Que.

Use the in-game contact. Go to Menu > Help, find your relevant category, then in the top right is ‘contact’ where you can write your message.
This is backlogged too (I sent them a minor bug report recently and it took 2 or 3 days to hear back) but if you emailed them on the 6th you have to account for the weekend. I don’t know if this is better than email, it just seems more direct and official to me.

Well the good news is they are pretty good at sorting these things out fairly fast, but you will need patience. The more detail you can give them the better. If you have your pilot ID for the lost account that will help a lot. If you don't have it but were in a clan your clan mates will be able to look it up.

I made a false manipulation with Google Play Games trying to link my VIP Premium Account to save the progress of the game. I lost my Premium VIP Account which was replaced by a very old account when I started this game Ahhh ok. So you put in details for your old accout and it overwrote the new one. Well the good news is they are pretty good at sorting these things out fairly fast, but you will need patience. The more detail you can give them the better. If you have your pilot ID for the lost account that will help a lot. If you don't have it but were in a clan your clan mates will be able to look it up. I am a foresighted person who always thinks the worst with computing. Before the handling accident, I made a screenshot of my new account and the problem with my very old account. I had already asked Pixonic Technical Support to fix this problem since March 27th. But Technical Support did not delete this very old account. That's why it worries me that my original message didn't arrived at its destination

At War Robots there was this current update 4.8. I had a Blitz MK1 Level 9, I had on it 4 Tarans MK1 Level 12. I sold the Blitz and got my Silver correctly. I took the 4 Taran's MK1 Level 12 Off before selling the Blitz. I did not receive the 4 Taran's MK1 Level 12 in my Inventory. They are Lost somewhere. I have tried other Methods to alert War Robots what happened without Success. Can Anyone tell me what I can try to get my 4 Taran's MK1 Level 12?
In War Robots I am {CYT}Cmeg ID: IKN6HH. Any help will be appreciated.
I am sure, if you have played War Robots you know how long and expensive it is and takes to get to those levels. :-)

Unfortunately the wait time for the initial response can vary in length. However on occasion, you can increase your chances with the assistance of one admin's from the forum. If they believe your issue is genuine and actionable, there is the chance of escalation and a positive outcome. Hopefully an admin picks this up, although the admins do this off their own bat and free of charge and consume a considerable amount time in the background. I know because I've been in a similar situation. Good luck.

This old account is rotten. I had this exact thing happen about a year ago and I had never used the backup link. They had me create a gameplay account or whatever(ios) and provide them the login. They then linked the account I lost to that account. I logged back in and BAM got the account I lost. I had to describe my sets ups weapons and the last time I played.
It was pretty awesome and now you know that they have done it.

This is War Robot Pilot IKN6NN on FaceBook account. I see Microsoft is soon to quit supporting Windows 7. My question is: how do I transfer my account to Windows 10 When that happens? Or do I just lose my account with War Robots and have to stop playing? Does anyone have an answer to this question? Any help will be appreciated.
Thanking those who may have the answer. Or should I be asking this question somewhere else. If so I would need the URL please

My question is: how do I transfer my account to Windows 10 When that happens? This forum is not official way to contact Pixonic. But what comes to your question... Your account isn't stored in your PC. Just login back to Facebook with Windows 10, go to Gameroom and start (install) the game again.

Thank You [NovR] Black Grouse. I had no idea what to do. Another Friend (SPYDER001) at one of the Updates has been unable to Log into his account at all. So unfortunately he does not play anymore and there has no one to help with that issue either.

. You can’t put Tarans on a blitz. It has 4 light hard points not medium. Hope this helps. Your thinking magnums.
