Yeah... Title says it all. Basically Skirmish will be a new gamemode with a pre-set hangar... With a twist.... Any bot can do basically anything. Patton with Dragoons. Spectre with Thunders. Other than the fact that it'll be nice to have preset hangars, the idea that any bot can use anything is stupid. I bet the preset hangars will be done thru a random bot generator and we'll end up going into battle with frankenbots. Should be fun for about 2 minutes.

can already equip 4 ancils. patton ancil Butch can't equip Anciles, most likely from the complexity of what the Ancile would do when switched away. If it could equip Anciles, you would have a bot with either a 400k HP shield, or 2 200k HP shields that you alternate between. |

I think Pix got the idea for this new mode from hackers, like the ones that have Redeemer Bulgasaris and Dragoon Spectres....
Suddenly those hacks will be part of the game......

I like the idea of having preset hangers but allowing any weapon choice is kind crazy, although it might be fun.
Protip: display estimated wait times for each mode, I'll decide if I want to wait or not.. can have a "random" mode still so people who don't wanna wait can still get into a game quick.. e-z-p-z.. no need to send me any money that one's free.
I'd like to see sort & list options for bots and weapons.. even when I have multiples of the same weapon they're not always together but spread out.. it's sloppy.

I think they're gonna have event rewards tied to it.. I mean it's just speculation but that's what I think.. so get ready to play it whether you want to or not.
