I've been playing War Robots for a few months, and occasionally reading stuff on Gepard Diary and on this forum. I don't consider myself an expert player or anything, and I never really felt like I had a lot to contribute. I decided to register today because I am pissed off that Pixonic has ruined my game with the new MM system. I am not a clubber, just a mid level fair player whose stats have dropped like a rock in the past few days. My bots are all lev 7, with mostly lev 8 weapons of various types, except for a few lev 9/10 magnums. Since I am in the middle of a fit of anger right now because I am constantly in matches with 5 or 6 opponents who have lev 10/12 bots and lev 10/12 weapons (sometimes there are some on my side and sometimes they are like me, in which case we get slaughtered in like 3 mins), I decided to register here so I can talk 「dookie」. If I will be banned for doing so, then go ahead and do it now, because I will not stop. If not, then it's nice to meet you, until we end up on opposite sides of a discussion, in which case you probably won't like me anymore.

Hey man. Why say you're here to p1$$ people off? The new MM is doing that to nearly everyone except some selection of players. Why aim it at us?
Many of us gripe about it all the time. I run basically the same level of bots so I feel your pain. If they banned everyone in your position lately they wouldn't have many forum members. lol XD We all love the game though, so that's why we're here.
Some people do have denial about it. Like, "I will hear no more of these accusations about the new matchmaking system! It's an Elo! It will level, d@#n you! It was decided in complete awesomeness and fairness! I was there! PUNCH WAS SERVED!!!!!" XD

Hello, are you using your high-level weaps? MM is now checking your hangar level with the highest level thing you have in your hangar rather than your highest bot level.

If you check the mm threads, people have been mentioning that. Currently, keeping your bots & weaps the same level seems to be for the best.

mythicalchu - you're gonna have to do better than that to piss people off. You used only one naughty word and your sentence structure was mostly intelligible. Raise the bar and either unleash more profanities or really go after 1) players or 2) Pixo with outlandish statements. You have to realize many of us are hardened forum warriors - we've got our battle rattle on and are ready to pop rounds down range as soon as you engage....a polite intro with implied threats of being a bad actor is child's play. Welcome, and don't get banned for the sake of being stupid as that just wastes everybody's time. Cheers!

Hm, try reducing to 6/6 or leveling up to 8/8

Hah someone finally ran their post on it in General, don't understand why the forum is usually slow to pick up on it. Only thing that really matters is your average damage. We obviously see max level doesn't regulate placement too often.

I saw a 12/12 for the first time in many games today. Almost a guarantee, that he was a dirty tanker, avg dmg was 290k, so I am guessing he is on the up swing after dropping. Otherwise, I am seeing the same sort of opponents on a regular basis now, avg damage within 100k of mine in any direction, with the majority of players less than 25k off of mine. It's been good over all, regardless of the win/loss. My avg damage is climbing right along with my enjoyment.
