From what I gather, our posts are quarantined until a moderator approves it (or something like that maybe?), until we have about 50 posts. The purpose is to prove we're not a certain type, of which I've already forgotten. Someone else could probably be more technical in the explanation. But I read about it somewhere here. You can also just use the search function anytime you don't understand something. Such as the forum bank, etc. LOL What you say above about quarantine is correct. A few months back we had a sicko coming on the forum posting real gore photos of severed limbs and mutilated babies. Every time we banned his account he would just come back as someone else. The mod team decided to install a plugin that prevented the first 50 posts from being visible until we have approved them. There’s no need for you guys to be exposed to such imagery just for visiting our beloved forum! So, sorry for the inconvenience, but it’s better this way. We gave quite a few people the ability to approve quarantined posts, so you usually won’t wait more than an hour or two before it gets approved. In the meantime, thanks for your patience and enjoy the forum. It seems between the two of you you’ll be out of the quarantine phase in no time @darkvagabond Eeeek. Yeah, that would have made me install a filter or something too. That's fine. I just didnt understand how it worked. I figured it was something like that. Gotta do what ya gotta do and I'm fine with that. There are too many young people on here to be seeing all that stuff. Sky Woman - Thanks again! I think we will be outta this in no time! LOL I love communicating like this - back in the day (before the WWW and the Internet) we had these things called BBS's (Bulletin Board Systems). They were ran by individual people on their personal computers (mostly Amiga's and Commodore's) with dial up modems and 1 person at a time would dial in and post on the message boards and play the little games and such that the board had. We had loads of fun. I got into that at about 12 years old and kept doing that until the Internet came along. After the IBM or PC arrived on scene, things got better for BBS's and their SysOps (System Operator's) sometimes they would have multi-line BBS's and lightning speeds (56K bps modem that would sometimes sputter out 114k bps!) wooo... flying there. Compared to todays data speeds, it was like molasses dripping from a tree. But back then it was top of the line speed! LOL Ok, so I showed my geekyness... :\ Wykkyd

LOL Ok, so I showed my geekyness... :\ Wykkyd I'm sorry this reply is so delayed, but I meant to reply right after you posted that day. So, you're kind of like Cameron from Halt and Catch Fire? You're a gamer, you're a computer geek since they started getting small enough for home use, and I wouldn't be surprised if you were a programming genius or hack as well. Haha My family loved that show, sad to see it end. But I know what you mean about forums. I've been involved in several over the last 25 years and it's easy to make connections that feel like family. Then there's always the occasional bad apples, it just goes with being an online public group, right? Also, you used one of my most used catch phrases "do what ya gotta do". Not many do. ?? P.S. How's the game lately?

Sky Woman - Game is going ok. Since the update everyone is dropping down to silver league and killing us that are actually supposed to be in silver league. I guess testing out knew weapons and mechs on us... basically like a bully thing... they pick on the little guys instead of finding someone their own size to pick on. I'm gonna plead the 5th about programming and hacking. Some things are better left untold.

If the anniversary event on April 14th is anything like the lunar event in February, I guess it will get a little worse before it gets better. I'm always hoping my next battle is a close match and lasts a long time.
