So Cap's shield is made of Vibranium, and we know from the black panther movie that there is an 「bum-bum」-load of vibranium (it might be the only place it can be found, forgive me if i'm wrong) in Wakanda.

Does this mean that Americans stole some vibranium from Wakanda to make Cap's shield?
