Dom, BR, and TDM all mixed together sucks. You'll have to buy a 2nd hangar deck and fill it up with camping bots if you want to have a chance at any rewards. I can play dom and BR with the same deck, but TDM is totally different.
If you don't have a hangar full of dash bots KOTH is gonna suck with slow bots. Also a mode where the objective is to have as many teammates as possible all around one beacons and shocktrains on red is maybe the dumbest idea I've seen from Pixonic yet (and I've seen quite a few really stupid things they've tried...)
Basically, it seems like the main intention of the game's design now is forcing you to spend money, NOT HAVING FUN.

Loganspawn , the Supply Box icon is tucked away in the top right of the screen, just under the To Battle button and above the Custom Game icon. Wow very hard to notice on my phone with the new graphics thank you! I never would have saw it LOL. |

Moving on,3400 Spectre/Strider components cost 104,99 euros... Now that WAS totally unexpected!!  LMFAO...3400 components = 104.99 Euros? That's $137.00 USD. For 33% of a mech. That comes out to $403.29 for all 10K components. The $400 mech is officially here. Folks, I beseech you: If you haven't uninstalled yet, don't wait any longer. The game we used to love isn't coming back, and will keep spinning around the toilet drain until it finally flushes for good. Pix keeps saying "we hear you!", and then releasing BS like this. TDM is now part of random match selection; Shmucktrain will never be nerfed in any meaningful way; I could keep going down the list, but all that really matters is the $400 mech. Think about that, really hard. $400 for a single. Mech.Eh, when I played Marvel War of Heroes we had cards valued that much. It's the way of games such as this. Adding in a non-beacon game type to random when capping beacons is an inherent part of these events is a real kick in the tuckus. |

It would be great if they gave us a method other than "special" daily deals to pick the components that we are working towards.

That was what the Workshop 2.0 was supposed to offer:new,relatively quicker and more efficient ways to acquire components. Now, that's Pixonic's statement. If you want to find out its true nature, cut 85% of the of the fancy words and lower your expectations. In any case, it is not in this update (and I did not expect it to be, tied along with the release of the new bots). Will it arrive in the future? Maybe, since Pixonic announced it in the War Robots page. Maybe, but not anytime soon, that is. |

We're in the same situation  I am content with the two Storms I have, and I am rapidly gathering components (all by chance!) for a 3rd one which I absolutely have no use for. Perhaps we could select to exclude some rewards from the Gambling Market? |

New bots and weapons are now active. No surprise, the Spectre is freaking expensive. $125 for 3400 components. So you need about $367 CAD to buy one outright. The Strider is $125 CAD for 4500 components or about $278 to buy outright. The Dragoon is $125 for 7000 - $178. The Vortex is $51 and the Arbalest is $19 to buy outright. 367 CAD ...hmm?? How much is that in actual money ?? |

Something else I wanted to mention and forgot:
There are too many different items available via components. Introducing more items for components waters down the black market even more. It took me from the time components were introduced (I forget when exactly, early October maybe?) until New Years Eve to get a Haechi from components. I had some gold saved and a good amount is WSP too to use for offers. I didn't just use the black market. So now the time it takes to assemble anything from components will increase. The odds have gone down but the amounts rewarded are the same. I guess they thought it wasn't time consuming enough already...

I'd have been surprised if they'd actually have done what most players want and done away with Random mode altogether. Maybe if we all tell them how totally awesome Random mode is and we think they should make more game modes random... and how brilliant it is to include a no-beacon mode as one of the random possibilities when players are doing challenges that require.... wait for it.... BEACON CAPS to complete. No number of alternate hangars is gonna help you there, guys. Absolutely outstanding logic. No, what does almost surprise me is how the depth of this company's arrogance and stupidity knows no bounds. |

That is going to be interesting for those on beacon tasks and coincidentally all they get is TDM what a pile of old 「go solo」 I was just about to post exactly the same. If Pix keeps their moronic task list as usual how on earth do they expect the gameplay to become? It was bad enough to have forced BR doing the 2nd Christmas event, since beacons in BR seldom change hands very often compared to Domination. But to have a mode completely devoid of Beacons forced down your throat when you are fighting to compete the ridiculous long beacon capture tasks? Surely they are not naive enough to believe that people pn beacon tasks won't mass eject every time they roll DM?? Jesus Eject! Eject! Eject! XD LOL There is going to be 「dookie」e tons on ejecting at start. |

As we approach the event, I see a lot of people ejecting from matches. It's bad enough when people eject from BR for Dom or vice versa, but I can imagine it being ten times worse with TDM in the random mix. Well, mail.poo can't say that they weren't warned. I think what irritates me most, is that mail.poo finally gets around to making threats and taking steps to punish a player for ditching a match, then they give players all the more reason to ditch. Go figure. |

So basically they have done nothing to retain their player base....
I have put a lot of distance between myself and the game. $400+ for a bot? A crappy event, and a clear P2W development path makes me close to hanging this up.
This may be the last event I attempt. I don't need another haechi, but if trying to get a spectere is anything like the insane grind to get an inquisitor I don't believe I want to stay with this.
My wife and I decided to renovate a bathroom instead of continuing to pay to play this game and buying the deals to keep up with the game. Not that we have spent enough to do this, but it just doesn't make sense anymore.
Spending $1K gives you till the next update to be current.
So sad.
